Wasting the police and authorities time, and be rewarded handsomely, come to the United Kingdom!




If you feel down, feel depressed, has nothing to smile about, then we have the solution.
Just follow the United Kingdom's daily turbulences, it does not only make you smile, it makes you roaring from laughter, time after time.



Take this one, UK has an overflow of immigrants, so what does the Home office minister does it sacks 5000 staff, then blames the customs service, now called UK border control, for loosing over 100.000 immigrants, mainly due to staff shortness, and then suspend the top of the UKBC agency and blames them. To see the joke you have to realise that in the United Kingdom, every immigrant legal or illegal is entitled to the benefits which are disputant denied to the citizen of the UK, and if they claim it, those UK citizen's, then they are called scroungers, fiddlers who stealing from the State. But every immigrant gets it without saying.



While the poor of the United Kingdom and that level is rising very fast are accused of being dishonest, scroungers and thief’s, the PM Cameron of the United Kingdom is after 15 months still refusing to explain why he needed 30.000 pounds of the peoples money to do up a bathroom of his home, that was up-to-date already by the previous PM Brown. This while the renting tenants of Housing Associations are not allowed to improve, in some cases living in homes where as the wind blows it blows in the home as well, due to non-existing improvements.

To explain this it is so that in the United Kingdom Housing landlords are getting grants from the Government to improve housing. However the rule is that this goes by a quantity of housing united in one block of homes. That one home is then done up and inspected by the Governments inspector and the whole block of homes is then declared to have been improved.

Any alteration to the PM's bathroom would never have cost 30.000 pounds, hence his failure to explain or willing to explain. However the law requires him to explain it, but he refuses. It is called scrounging; being dishonest, actual being a thief, however in the United Kingdom such an action by a minister or a PM is called a regrettable oversight. That is taking money without needing it special not because he is a millionaire and his income is apparently rising fast. In short he is a scrounger that is next of being a war criminal by allowing the United Kingdom army to attack on the ground man, woman and children in Libya.



It makes you frown and smile, however what does make you laugh and what makes the United Kingdom the laughing stock of Europe is the following:
AN illegal immigrant who committed more than 20 offences after arriving in the UK won £17,000 compensation from a judge, in Court. Joseph Mjemer, 28, was jailed to stop him absconding before deportation. But Judge Stephen Stewart QC awarded him the cash at the High Court in London after deciding he must be compensated for a four-month "loss of liberty".



A large part of the United Kingdom population is happy if they get 12.000 a year net, but the Judge as he pretend to be, gives the convicted criminal 17.000 for four months, in which Mjemer has his food, drinks boarding and clothing free, while the United Kingdom population has to pay itself for it out of that 12.000. He gets it for free. The judge's compo payout makes Britain "the laughing stock of the world", an MP said. Tory Philip Davies said the shocking case of Mjemer proved yet again that courts put the human rights of a foreign crook ahead of British taxpayers and decent law-abiding people. And that MP is right, it does explain why the Judge has a wig on simple to hide that there is nothing underneath that wig.




Almost laughing loudly Mjemer looked up at Judge Stewart in court yesterday and said "Thank you very much" after being awarded £17,360 damages for his four-month "loss of liberty". Remember this is a professional criminal who is illegal in the country and is suspected to be Jewish although Mjemer was also trying to avoid deportation and used at least five aliases, at times claiming to be British, Italian, Moroccan, Algerian and stateless. Clever as he was he did not mention Poland where the name Mjemer, the translation of Meyer is more common. He was taken into Home Office "administrative custody" in 2007 while officials tried to establish where he was from so they could send him home. He could have avoided the custody if he had be honest and told who he was and from which country. He did not do so out of his own choice and for that reason it was his free will to be in custody. That the Judge failed to see this and failed to understand this shows that this Judge does not have a clue of the reality. Here was no Human right violated as it was his own choice, he could have told the truth.



The excuse of the Judge that he was in custody be cause otherwise he would abscond is beyond believe as it clearly shows that by not declaring nationality he deliberate wanted to be in custody enabling him to claim compensation. Sneaking into the country he launched an instant reign of crime and as such he was convicted for more then 20 offences, including property damage, dangerous driving and attempting to obtain property by deception. He was given a number of jail terms. Very short ones a fact that did enable him to get his scheme rolling.



Mjemer was granted taxpayer-funded legal aid and went to court claiming his detention was wrong. He also claimed he had suffered psychiatric harm as a result. The victims are not able to claim as in the United Kingdom victims are only given a small handout in some cases, whereas by the criminals are the ones who are cashing in, it is that what makes the United Kingdom the laughing stock of Europe and the World.



He was awarded the payout after Judge Stewart ruled the detention was lawful for most of the time, but it had been illegal for four months between January and May when he was freed. This was because attempts to establish Mjemer's nationality had faltered and there had been no realistic prospect of deportation. The Judge here also showed that he failed to understand the situation and the laws, He was held because he refused to give his nationality, and it was for that reason the establishing of his nationality failed, in short his own doing. Since being released in May, Mjemer has been fitted with a monitoring tag and has to live at an address in West Drayton, West London on the cost of the United Kingdom tax payers. Those tax payers not only have to foot the 17.000 pound but also his legal fees and his daily living. He must also report regularly to a police station while Home Office investigations into his country of origin continue. The situation is in effect rather simple he failed to give information as to his nationality, with that he is wasting Customs and police time. Wasting police time is an offence and for that reason alone the Judge could have refused the case.



His case caused outrage yesterday. MP Mr Davies said: "I just don't know what planet these judges live on. Again we've the courts putting the human rights of criminal illegal immigrants ahead of taxpayers and law-abiding people. We are the laughing stock of the world." As said he is right the Judge obvious failed to understand the laws of the United Kingdom and only looked at the Human rights laws. However, even there the Judge make his mistakes, as Human laws can only be used as there is a clear violation of the Human rights laws. Here however, Mjemer created the violation himself by refusing to cooperate with the Customs and the Police; in fact they did not have a choice as his identity could not be established beyond doubt a he was therefore by refusing to give that information wasting police time.



We know it sounds like a cheap stage comedy, and as such it can only be happening in the United Kingdom, the very country that on a daily base criticize other countries for what ever they can find. The facts are simple if someone arrives illegally, claims asylum then commits crimes, and it’s hardly unreasonable to want to detain him whilst they try to find out where he came from."
A UKBC agency spokesman said: "We are very disappointed by the ruling. Mr Mjemer has shown a consistent disregard for our laws. We are determined to pursue his deportation."



The United Kingdom authorities are totally ruining that country by their special immigrants, legal or illegal, protection. Protection that is not there for the United Kingdom citizens. The solution is so simple do as they do in other countries, do not let anyone enter the country without their own financial support. The government does nothing but support the CHAV/Immigrant society legal or illegal. What happened to be thinking about all the people who contribute taxes to the United Kingdom. In the United Kingdom you get fanatical Muslims burning army remembrance poppies and getting a slap on the wrist/£50 fine, you then get a UK citizen and white painting a poppy, the sign of the army remembrance, on a mosque and he gets sent to jail.



And if that is not enough now the United Kingdom is set to invite the citizen of the five North African countries plus the Ukraine to come to the United Kingdom receive the benefits, get a home and a living for life and free, a fact that is denied for the UK citizen, who are in droves homeless and are told that they are scroungers if they claim the benefits so freely given to EU citizen, the citizen of North Africa coming and the Ukraine and other European states not yet in the EU. No wonder that immigrants love to live in the UK, no matter what they do, right or wrong they can turn the supposedly justice system on their side and get compensated for the wrong doing created by the immigrant.



This is why all those legal and illegal immigrants are laughing at the silly citizen of the United Kingdom, they have to accept what these out of date judges say and do. It is therefore no wonder that the United Kingdom is like a magnet to immigrants. The judge won't mind though! They live in their ivory towers safe from the trials of the horrendous mess he and his fellow judges create every time they do their job! Mind you they are hard as nails when it comes to the United Kingdom citizens, the taking of a bottle of water can set you back an half year in jail. A legal or illegal immigrant would get for the same act compensation under the Human rights act, as nobody was there to carry the water bottle for him; this caused him physical and psychological stress. While the shopkeeper from which the bottle was taken will be prosecuted if he his non immigrant citizen of the United Kingdom, for the possibility of causing physical injury by having to take the bottle and carrying it.



For the citizen of the United Kingdom, a source of aggravation and constant irritation, for us who are standing at a safe distance, we can laugh and smile as we see how the government of the United Kingdom takes their citizen for a ride, by ripping them off what sky high taxes, sky high taxes for house fuel and maximum taxed petrol prices. They cannot laugh, we do as we are getting the business the UK is missing out on, and hence there are now more foreign large firms in the UK, more foreign hauliers on the roads of the UK, while the unemployment in the UK has reached new peaks.

Indeed it makes us laugh about those United Kingdom citizens, good in killing others, home and abroad but not very good in standing up for themselves..
