The B&B of the EU,
(the backhanders and bribes)

It seems that Europe is turning slowly in a commissioner’s dictatorship, in which they make up their rules without having any responsibility to anyone then to their own commissioners compatriots.



Over the years we have received the wildest of rules with half of them making no sense at all.
In their eagerness to make a name for themselves to pump up their ego they have never given a single touch on the diversities of the countries they dealing with.



The result is a very weak government of the council of ministers, an almost aggressive collective of commissioner’s and with a parliament what is there only to keep the citizen happy but who have in reality no more to say about the running as the road sweepers in Warsaw do. What Poland will do now they have the chairmanship of the EU is to attack Russia in all possible way’s, but doing something for the EU as a whole, forget it. The Poles are in it for the money and the benefits of themselves, as they always have done and who start crying if they do not get what they want. It probably is the reason that the level of organized crime in the other EU countries by Polish citizens is so high.
Those members of the EU parliament are kept quit and happy with large salaries and even larger cost declarations. In fact their pockets are bulging from tax payer’s money.



We had the rather silly Human rights laws, half of the countries have already binned those, silly and weird laws, other countries such as Great Britain use them in all facets. And there are many of those silly laws, they come out of commissioners who are bored stiff and have to do something so they invent something.



At least they have something, an near bankrupt EU Europe from countries who were so stupid to sign up for a single currency, now other countries have to pay for them to get them out of the hole they have created themselves.



A European trade community was right, an European community is wrong, the Lisbon treaty is wrong,
To make it right all citizens of the countries involved should have voted. Only some did, and then still under threat from the commissioners, countries simple rolled over and agreed even the United Kingdom, an proud country that does not need the European union, they have trade recourses enough of them selves, but the Labor Government simple said, the people are dumb we know what is right so we sign up to it.



If David Cameron was half the man who he pretended to be before the election then that treaty was already annulled, other then words there is nothing Europe can do. Commodity traders in London would be laying siege to the Euro until it not had not much more value of one penny against one Euro.



However, David Cameron is already back tracking on his pre-election statements and at the next EU summit, he will be once again pinned in packed and mothballed and after that just as Brown and Blair before him he will obey and roll over.



Maybe we are wrong, however, the health and safety rules from EU are still here, the Human rights laws from the EU are still here, the absurd pay demands from the EU are still here, in fact we have on this moment more regulations from the EU placed upon us then ever before.

Therefore we have to presume that he is full of words but empty with actions.

Take the EU ruling from 2005, as those prisoners should have full right just as innocent honest persons outside the penal institutions. The UK refused under Blair and Brown, but it seems that under Cameron the prisoners will get their full rights, and they have already double that of normal citizen, they will also be compensated for the lack of voting rights.


Look at Norway and Swiss, they were not as stupid to go into the EU they have the same facilities but not the same stupid rules and laws. What was wrong with Britain to sign up in the first place.


Let us make one thing clear; we do not need the EU nor their currency. We are a trading nation we have trade partners in our ally the USA and the commonwealth countries and from there world wide.


Europe need us that is simple a fact, if Britain would withdraw to a Trade partner status, Europe would have to trade or drowning in their debts, something they doing already.


England would be in that case the stabilizing block between the USA and EU.


And if those little Europeans threatening us with their self made European laws, their self created European constitution, then simple tell them to get stuffed, after all none of their laws were voted for their treaty was not voted for, simple Britain does not need them.



If David Cameron was half the man he said he was before the election then he should cut the cord now and let Britain go his own way. However, today’s politicians are in it for the money the quick buck from the US, they are not interested in their country or the EU for that matter, it is not there where the money is coming from. After all who fights in Afghanistan, not the France, not the Germans, the Spanish or any other, no they safely have stuffed their selves at a safe place and let the British do the real fighting. We may expect that when it is finished the France and the Germans will stand shoulder to shoulder claiming that their effort have made it possible for Afghanistan to be come peaceful. Being untruthful was and is always one of the strongest points of those two Countries.

Britain twice in the last 100 years has freed the Europeans from being over run, why should we do it again, even if it is now a financial one.

It is time that Britain gets a leader who dares to stand up, ignores the back hander’s and the hollow promises and got rid of the UK membership of the EU, and change it as it was before a trade community. It is time that Europe learns to stand on his own two feet, get rid of the dictatorial commissioners and bring in democracy and let the profiteers like Berlesconi or Kroes go their own way they will find yet another place were they can fill their pockets and make silly rules.

Most important why should David Cameron go there in the first place, he has an perfect capable Foreign minister who obeys all the orders and the wishes from the USA without hesitation, special after an EU diplomat told the NRC that the European citizen have to learn that in Europe there is no space for a national Government to have their own policies.

That diplomat is unfortunately very busy at this moment, he tried to find his brain, he put it somewhere but lost it, and by saying the above we indeed believe he lost it.

Then again we think that the European commissioners have lost theirs a long time ago.

In the mean time we simple wait on what new order we will receive from the un-elected commissioners in Europe the mini dictators, as they are still bored and still have to find something to do to make them look busy, till such time they can go and do their after dinner speeches and cashing in.

Actual that is their main job, cashing in.

The evolutions have so far never knowingly made a claim that they know how the heaven and earth had come into existence. They never will from science point of view, and they know it. They will be able in future with no doubt proof that a creation has taken place and that in theory the Earth could have been created out of the big bang theory. However, that on it self is no proof other then a suggestion based on probabilities, which could be true and could be not true.



However, even if hypothetical the great minds of the evolutionist, the supporters of the big bang theory could make sense out what had happened. Is that proof that the Almighty did not do this on the first day of his creation. If there was a big bang then there had to be something to make the big bang happening. Now we are back with the God Almighty. An Intelligent Creator only could have made such an occurrence possible and so we are back on day one.



Do the intellectual minds of the evolutionist realize that while calculating the stars distance the light years to travel dating the soil and fossils investigating the history of humankind they fail to see the obvious. The Creation itself. They know what they see but don't see it they hear it but do not listen they read it but do not comprehend what is written, they do not apprehend that all of the world and all what happens on it is an adornment with a show of Divine wisdom of the Almighty.



Hence, it is possible that a being of the highest degrees in science to which they can arrive, can give them unmingled enjoyment pleasure while their mind is obscured with devotion to the borders of the investigations of science. Is it possible that someone exist in the world that has his life devoted to the highest investigation of search and research of science, and still has doubts to the existence of the Almighty?



He is filled with pride of his achievements in scientific research, but still sees others with arrogance while looking down on them and sees them as inferior to his own. However, can he enjoy life with delightful emotions, the enjoyments, and happiness, which flow from the knowledge of standing in the shining of the Almighty?



What any good human being feels amides the various problems of life, he can in fact look no further then the result of his search and research. However, he has to accept that this is all he will have, as dead for him will be dead. No eternal salvation, no elevation of the mind, no enjoyment to meet the Creator. Just death.



Even although those scientist reject the Bible, as a message from the Almighty there is no reason for its annunciations should be rejected altogether.



As researchers of the evolutions of earth, the constitution of the mind and the circumstances of our existence take into account every view and fact which may have bearing on his search and research. He will have to take into account the book, the Bible, and the actual existence fit the survival over thousands or maybe millions of years. Then they admit that such a book exists.



Many of the most illustrious beings who illustrated their existence on Earth given lead and example to others, having citrated and livid by the word of the Book and acting on it without any hesitation to the glory of the Almighty and successful promoting the welfare and happiness of mankind.



Simple facts, which even the most severe objector, must admit. It should be used in the research and search for the truth and the probability that the book is indeed the Revelation.

Old age pensioner EU Commissioner Neelie Kroes find that countries should stop criticizing Europe. She says that the governments just need more farmers to make the EU to produce more as part of the many good things which it has brought. The Dutch do not agree they want to get out fast; a promise for a vote to that content is scheduled for 2014. Neelie Kroes obvious has problems with her age which also obvious is affecting her statements and judgments. A good judgment was always one of her problems looking back over her life. The only reason so far we can see that she became a commissioner was not because what she knows but who she knows and used that very well.



Kroes said the Dutch criticism since the outbreak of the Greek crisis has not gone unnoticed in Brussels and other EU countries. "The tone of such Minister De Jager (Finance) is different than its predecessors."
According to her, the Netherlands population has benefited enormously from the open market. "We must not lose this”. She said. However the Dutch population seems to have a different opinion then she has. The Dutch lost 30% of their value when the Dutch guilder changed into the EU. Her opinion is that the Dutch is yielding 2000 Euro a year on average. It does shows indeed that she does not have a clue.



Kroes said that she is aware that issues such as Greece are cause for much irritation and concerns. Here she definitely not kidding, the whole of Europe maybe with exception of the Mediterranean countries feels the same. The blatant stupidity of the commissioners not to include an precaution into the membership listing for the Euro which would have avoided the bail out and would have let the separate countries themselves making arrangements with Bankers and the IMF/world Bank. It is right to criticize the European Commission. Most of the unpopularity and the discontent are due to the absurdities of their actions.



It must be something new for the commissioners that governments not automatically obey their wishes. That was the case when the going was good, but now when the going is harsh and difficult the absurdities of the commissioners are becoming more obvious. The commissioners have no understanding of the citizen’s longer working hours longer to work before retirement the many cutbacks and the aggressive increase of the commissioners funding while the citizens have to cut back. The EU is not only losing the battle of the Euro, they also losing the support of the citizens.



However did the EU brought much good to the citizens?? To say this must be an understatement of arrogance! The citizens of the EU have suffered a financial loss estimated between 20 and 30 percent of their income and property value. The Commissioners however living the life of the rich with an attitude of it’s us and stuffs the rest! The introduction of those expensive rot the Euro and the establishment of a political Union called the EU was a mistake. It was a free for all criminals to go to those EU countries which could give them most and the criminality of the people special from the Eastern bloc is indeed alarming. The citizen from the EU, have to pay for the follies of the Mediterranean countries and Ireland.



Except from Greece none of the bail outs for Ireland or Portugal was needed. It was due to the irresponsibility of the USA controlled rating agencies that down graded those countries without a valuable reason. Debts of other countries such as the US and the UK are higher but their rating stays top because the USA government says so. It is in fact a kind of corruption in favor of the USA who by doing so can control the EU finances.
But the bail outs for Ireland and Portugal were not needed and opposed by those countries. Again it was the commissioners who forced it to be done and man can expect that the commissioners made a hansom bonds profit by doing so if they wanted to.



It seems to be strange that the very people who have every thing free in life want that others are paying for it. Kroes a freeloader already in her Rotterdam days, a woman who travels free, wants no demands that other pay the higher and higher prices. And it are the very commissioners who having the idea to increase the EU contributions, while other countries need a bail out to pay for the commissioners follies, it is indeed for Kroes Rotterdam all over again. But kroes lives in past times at the age of 70 she should have the honesty to retire and not to stay and to rip of the EU citizens.



Kroes have made many mistakes, covered by the inner circle of commissioners who have no responsibilities have the supreme power to do what the like when they like it and cash in any time they like. If short of money just order that the contribution is raised the citizen will always pay. Neelie smit kroes as she was know then was a disaster for the Dutch politics and it was that reason that she was transferred to the commissioners. They did not want her first, but her contacts and many of them were to say at least dubious, let her into the exclusive circle of commissioners, although with restrictions because of her contacts. Many absurd fines imposed for alleged price fixings, not proven but paid for by the costumers, that is Neelie Kroes, come on your are nearly 70 years of age, they to do something useful for once in your life. Something that does not involved ripping people off and let others pay for your follies.



The EU and the Euro costing the citizen a fortune every day, is it not time that someone get his or her brains together and actual start thinking to do something for the citizen of the EU. Something that does not involve filling your own pockets on the citizens costs. Something Honest for a change.



And let us hope that there is indeed a God that will judge us after our life and punish those who where dishonest. It will be a good guess that Hell will be special preserved for the commissioners of the EU.

When the turbulence struck on Egypt, and was followed cross border into Libya, the Western press was eager to tell the world that it were the citizen of Libya special those of Benghazi in the East who wanted to get rid of the Libyan government. The French said so and they were fast followed by the USA and their obedient servant the UK. Then we had the Western press steering up the situation by suggesting that the Libyan government would kill all the civilians in Benghazi. None of this was real, in fact it was complete fantasy, but it served the three countries involved France, USA and the UK. By bribery and promises China and Russia were lured under false pretenses into to believe that action in Libya would be done to protect the civilians.



The three countries attempted to do the same trick again with Syria but China and Russia were by then alerted to the truth. In all, official the NATO has destabilized Libya, destroyed the infra structure, and most of the important cities. On top of this they did not protected the civilians instead it is estimated that a near 1400 civilian died by the indiscriminate bombing of the NATO in breach of the UN resolution. The situation is not any nearer to completion so the three countries France/USA and the UK have decided to kill more people and to recognize the rebels as the government of Libya.



Does it all make any sense? No it does not, just months ago the UN recommended Libya for their excellent improvement of human rights. On USA instigation they were part of the Security Council and member of the UN human rights group. So what did change within 4 days from the UN intended recommendation for their human right record, which made in necessary for France to supply weapons to Benghazi? Opportunistic motivation from France! France always wanted control of Libya just as they have control of Chad the south border neighbor of Libya. French Oil Company explores the oil in Chad, via an oil pipeline from Chad to Cameroon a near 1100 km stretch.


The Toyota wars in the eighty years are however still sticking as a thorn in the French skin, and they have never forgiven Gaddaffi for this war. However it were the French who first attempted to infiltrate Libya and then were beaten back on which Libya took a part of North Chad, the Sahara part as buffer for the French aggression. The French had taken the land south of the Sahara as a French protectorate Du Chad. By 1920 France had secured full control of the colony and incorporated it as part of French Equatorial Africa. French rule in Chad was characterized by an absence of policies to unite the territory and sluggish control and development more a place for cheap labor. The French primarily viewed the colony as a source of raw cotton. The administration was primitive even by French standards and was only visible in the South while presence in the North and East was almost non-existing. After WW2 when France was in desperate financial trouble due to the WW2 war they gave Chad the status as an overseas territory with the population the right to vote and to elect. It took till 1960 before Chad was given their independence under French control. This control and the army with it are still in force.


At the moment it is the Zaghawa ethnic group that is in power it had the President and delivered several first ministers. The Zaghawa are a tribal group estimated of around 350 to a half a million mostly living in East Chad and west Sudan. It are the west Sudan Zaghawari’s that are on this moment on the receiving end in fugitive camps inside Chad. To understand the following in this it need to be understand that that the Transparency International's Corruption Perceptions Index for 2005 named Chad the most corrupt country in the world, and it has fared only slightly better in the following years. They are sharing the second place as most corrupt state at the moment with Tonga. Critics of President Déby have accused him of cronyism and tribalism.







Déby faces armed opposition from groups who are deeply divided by leadership clashes but united in their intention to overthrow him. These forces stormed the capital already on April 13, 2006, but were ultimately repelled. Chad's greatest foreign influence is France, which maintains 1,000 troops in the country. Déby relies on the French to help repel the rebels, and France gives the Chadian army logistical and intelligence support for fear of a complete collapse of regional stability. France blames Libya for the rebellion against the corrupt president. They also took severe offence when the President granted drilling rights for oil to the American Exxon company in 1999.



It will be come as no surprise that many of the weapons given by the French to the rebels in Benghazi have found their way to the North of Chad, driven under protection of the NATO to the Kufra
Airfield in South-east Libya and from there to the airstrip in Faya(Chad) and then to Fada(Chad) destination after that unknown, however the French have a fast interest in opposing the Deby government and to take revenge for the loss of their drilling rights. Official they cannot interfere if they do not want to upset the Deby government. However trouble in Libya and arms deliveries to Libya rebels would serve their purpose, to get the arms to the opposing groups in Chad and still was their hands as innocents.



Deby is turning himself slowly into a tyrant with a guarantied life presidency. That could mean that in time the French are told that they should leave, after all he told Chevron and Petronas to quit the country. The United Nations' Human Development Index ranks Chad as the seventh poorest country in the world, with 80% of the population living below the poverty line. The many years of civil war did scared away foreign investors of those who left Chad between 1979 and 1987 have only recently begun to regain confidence in the country's future. In 2000 major direct foreign investment in the oil sector began, boosting the country's economic prospects. Before the development of oil industry, cotton dominated industry and the labor market and accounted for approximately 80% of export earnings. Cotton remains a primary export, although exact figures are not available. Rehabilitation of Cotontchad, a major cotton company that suffered from a decline in world cotton prices, has been financed by the European Union, special France and the Dutch and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD).



This all could be passing by the French unless they manage to install a new government, which would mean an armed conflict. Weapons in Chad are controlled and for that reason and the difficult ways of official transport, lack of proper roads to all points of the country, lack of airways with only airstrips by the largest places and those in the northern Savanna and the Sahara built by the Libyans, and partly destroyed in the Toyota wars and not proper repaired since then. The French fought those wars to get a hold on the deposits of oil and it would be a blow if that would slip through their hands. What better way then to start a war in their main enemy country and use it to transport the weapons to the tribes in Chad. The rebels in Libya of which are a large part Chad citizens will use it to their benefit, the Libyans to get recognizing from France and the US the partner in the Chad wars of France. The Chad’s to get their hands on their own government in power and the help of the France to reach that goal. After all, the Sahara's scattered oases support only some dates and legumes.



In fact the actions of France and the USA are nothing else then a prolog of the wars in the mid eighties, that war was never proper ended, although Libya withdraw from the North Chad Sahara, the French actual had preferred to see that they had their hand on Kufra in the south of Libya as a oil pipeline to the Mediterranean.



The Chadian-Libyan conflict was a state of on/off attacks in Chad between 1978 and 1987 between Libyan and Chadian forces. Libya had been involved in Chad's internal affairs prior to 1978 and well before Gaddafi's rise to power in Libya in 1969. When the Chad civil war started to extend it self to the northern Chad in 1968, Libya got nervous. The Libyans interfered by four separate interventions in Chad, taking place in 1978, 1979, 1980–1981 and 1983–1987. In all of these occasions Gaddafi had the support of a number of factions participating in the civil war, while Libya's opponents found the support of the French government which was supported by the USA and which intervened militarily to save the Chadian government in 1978, 1983 and 1986. The Libyans however were not easy to be defeated just as in the present situation they refused to roll over and play death. The same players as in 1986 are in place, rebels, the Libyan government, France and the USA.



The different is that they have found a fall guy in the form of the UK. While the options of France and the USA are clear; the French the east of Libya with a new oil pipeline and the west to the US with similar oil aspirations the UK receives nothing, the best they can hope for that after the total destruction of Libya and the build up again of the country they can deliver the personal and building security. The profit of oil and the re-building of Libya will go to France and the USA. The UK, with a complete in-experience government who simple want to please every one to show how good they are, will end up by paying all the cost for the destruction of Libya, without the profit, while the French and the USA will use the revenue from the oil and the re-building of Libya to come out of their dire financial situation.



The military pattern of the war delineated itself in 1978, with the Libyans providing armor, artillery and air support and their Chadian allies the infantry, that assumed the bulk of the scouting and fighting. This pattern was radically to change in 1986, when the US support activated towards the end of the war. They managed to unite all the Chad forced against Libyan occupation of northern Chad with a degree of unity that had never been seen before in Chad. This deprived the Libyan forces of their habitual infantry, exactly when they found themselves confronting a mobile army several times larger on a ratio of one to three, with new anti-tank and anti-air missiles, thus cancelling the Libyan superiority in fire-power. What followed was the Toyota War, in which the Libyan forces were routed and expelled from the northern Chad Sahara, putting a temporary end to the conflict.



Libya was in 1986 opposed by France who assisted Chad and was aided by the USA/Egypt and the Sudan. It are Libyan/Chad/Egypt and Sudanese rebels who make up the Rebel army from the French/USA who are supported by the UK.



At the beginning of 1986 the Libyans controlled all Chad north of the 16th parallel. However, when the French intervened in the country in Operation Sparrow hawk and Goukouni Oueddei's and his People's Armed Forces rebelled against his former supporter Muammar al-Gaddafi, Libya's President, the situation became critical for the Libyan army and promising for Chad's President Hissène Habré.



Certain that the French would protect Chad south of the 16th parallel, Habré started assembling his army, the Chadian National Armed Forces (FANT), at Kalaït, a logistic deposit built by France exactly at the 16th parallel, and which it had stocked with munitions, weapons and fuel. France and the United States had equipped the FANT with a large number of Toyota pickups, and antitank and antiaircraft missile launchers, such as MILAN ATGWs. Without the support and the weapons from the USA the Chad war would never have been so drastically ended with more then 7000 death. However, here again oil was the main reason for the USA to interfere. The supply from the Toyota pickups with anti tank and anti missile launchers, which were ideal to be used in that part of Chad the Sahara, was the reason that it was called the Toyota wars.



The US supplied the similar Toyota’s again with French anti tank and anti missile launchers when they started the so-called rebellion from Benghazi. The expectation was that it would do the same trick as in 1986, as it has proven it did not. The reason is that the rebels are not fighting for their own ground; most of them are from other countries The Egypt and the Sudanese for money and opportunities, Chad’s for the installation of a new and hopingly a better government. The Libyan government which lost in 1986 when they were fighting on Chad soil is now fighting on their own soil.



The Libyans know that the French and the US are after their wealth of oil and gas; they know that the West put up lie after lie to make it seem that they are right, while they are not. The British are simple there to get the attention away from their won terrible financial situation which rapidly nears the danger zone.
The following the US instructions without realizing that they are taken for fool. Cameron the First minister has no experience to deal with political well trained foreign officers, who simple know how to tell the story so that the inexperienced British ministers believe what they are told. Sadistic pleasures as such from William Hague in the killing of civilians, the destruction of a state are an easy target for the political well educated foreign officers. For Cameron the excuse can be; he is inexperience and has no clue on what is actual going on. Hence the financial deficit increase in one year fro 50 to 68 percent of GDP and sharp rising, with debt standing on 1.2 trillion pounds up from 690 million pounds year ago and un-official standing on 2 trillion pounds.



Even when they managed to remove Gaddafi from being head of state then there is still the Libyan Government to deal with. Support for Gaddafi is large, very large indeed even with the NATO special targeting mass meetings in support of Gaddafi. Such attacks are the later explained as; an instrument failure or an identifications failure, it are in fact murder attempts it is as simple as that.



It is a logic move that the people of Chad want to have a new president with restricted powers. Since 1990, President Deby has been the head of government in Chad. Democratic presidential elections are in principle held every five years. However, Chad's economy is dependent mainly on agriculture and livestock. It needs foreign assistance and foreign capital, as well as international investment projects. Because of Chad's landlocked borders, its economy struggles from a lack of resources and instability of rebel groups who receive the rebel weapons from Libya. At the same time the country also serves as a host to tens of thousands of refugees from Sudan and Central African Republic, as well as many victims of human trafficking. Oil exploitation is estimated at a potential 1.5 million barrels, and Chinese companies are currently developing an oil refinery and another pipeline in the country.[5]



The pipeline project has been affected by persistent charges and fears about corruption and the diversion of revenues — ostensibly intended for poverty reduction — towards arms purchases, particularly by the government of Chad’s President. Opposition leader of the Front of Action Forces for the Republic (FAR) accused National Assembly President of taking a bribe from Elf, then a partner in the project, in 1997. He was instantly arrested stripped of his of his parliamentary immunity and jailed for nine months. In November 2000, the World Bank announced that $4 million of a $25 million signing bonus from the oil companies was spent by the Chad’s government on weapons. The World Bank required tight restrictions on oil revenues as a condition of its loans. In January 2006, Chad moved to unilaterally increase the portion of oil revenues going to its general fund from 15 to 30 percent. France is in no doubt that the actions of the Chad’s president would lead to the expulsion of the French out of Chad. It was for this reason that France after advice from the USA creates the action of the rebellion in Libya, his oil and power hold in Chad.


If they can hold Chad then they can also control Cameroon as in this respect Cameroon on this moment is important for the transport of oil. In Chad and especially Cameroon, through which the pipeline stretches 900 km of the total 1100 km, there have been claims of adverse effects of the construction and maintenance of the pipeline on the indigenous communities and environment. One of the largest areas affected is in the coastal Cameroon town of Kribi. Kribi is the export terminal facility for the oil from Chad. There has been much controversy regarding the alleged degradation the coastal reefs during and after the construction. This has not only impacted the underwater habitat and destroyed large parts of it, but also destroys the livelihoods of the local people who depend on fishing as their main source of living.


It is therefore most important that the French keep their control over Chad as with this they also keep control on Cameroon on the same time as they keep control on Cameron of the UK. Getting an oil base in Libya and under their control is important for the French. If the Chad oil goes flat they have at least the Libyan oil, till such a time that the rebels in Chad have taken over the government.



It is this that the French have set up the Libyan operation with the same partners as they had in 1986 and on a similar way, only this time it did not go their way as planned. Now it is time for the French to take over, then move into Tunisia take back Algeria and Morocco, and the glory of France is re-launched. Of it will be in time for the presidential elections in France, is a question that is still open. However, he has convinced William Hague of the must to kill more and quicker on the British costs of course. Britain does the work, the killing the destruction and loses money they cannot lose and France make the money, by the sale weapons via the dictator of Qatar to the rebels or directly to the rebels, and the profit from the re-building of the infra structure post-Gaddafi.

Playing the game!

As usual in the States the congress and the Senate are juggling to get a budget together what would either party in the right position for the next years election. All sides will hold out as usual in this kind of occurrences till the last moment and then give in and the debt ceiling will be raised with another 2 Trillion or so. On paper their will be savings of a similar amount. However as the situation since 2003 has shown the savings are never made but the debt ceiling is reached in no time.


The Obama government has done all what was possible to save money to create a more stable situation, as a result the bankruptcies will now slow down but the home repossession will increase faster. This will create a larger part of the population in dire need of homes and income. However due to the saving methods used by the Obama administration those are both not available for the time being.


Many of the first expected war chest costs are being successful transported to the Scandinavian countries the UK (largest part) and France. Those countries now pay for the war efforts of the USA in name of the USA (read NATO, different name same objective). Countries like Britain and France both with fast increasing percentage of GDP used for wars what is not theirs will have to take measures to collect the money they use for the USA wars (Afghanistan/Libya with Syria/Lebanon and Iran to come) they will do this by increasing the taxation for the middle and lower class of their societies a fact that is already sharp visible in the UK.


In the USA the administration if they raise the debt ceiling, and they will at the last moment as not doing so would jeopardize their world trade which is already in a declining move. The two most
pressing challenges to fiscal policy: raise the debt ceiling, and begin the arduous process of reducing deficits and debt. Right now, this leaves U.S. fiscal policy between a rock and a hard place. How much savings should be found and in what form are crucial questions. So is when to put those savings in effect. The ceiling raised by two Trillion will mean an 112 percent of GDP in a declining GDP figure. The federal debt held by the public will represent 70 percent of the U.S. economy, almost double the 36 percent it was in 2007. The federal fiscal deficit will be 9.3 percent of GDP this year. That, quite simply, is not sustainable.

On this moment the debt is increasing with out a brake is applied. If this would be allowed to continue then the debt would continue to increase faster than the economy, until financial markets say “no more.” Credit rating agencies have issued their warnings and, as part of the debt ceiling discussions, the political system has been trying to decide where to find the savings. The warnings from the rating agencies do not carry to much weight as they simple are playing the cards dealt by the Obama administration. Would they indeed made a serious move the closure and the following arrest would made it impossible for the rating agencies to continue and new ones would be set-up to do the alliance with the USA administration.

At the same time there has to be a realization that a part of the money eating actions of the USA administration need to change. Already the have put the major balance of their aim to world control of natural resources over to the NATO. As such the NATO countries are paying for the war efforts of the USA without having the benefits. Look at the Iraqi situation, where Britain paid and played a major role but ended up with having nothing then the death to be buried and debt to be written off. Libya have already created an head ache for Norway France and the UK. While in Norway and France the government leaves the population at large in peace,in the UK the government has decided to let the poorest of society pay for the absurdities of the Libyan war, which when it is over will leave Britain as a country empty handed, although the rulers will cash in and benefit!

For both the USA and the UK means that their taxation policies could cost them more then the benefit expected, too much fiscal retrenchment in the short run could unduly weaken an economy that was recovering very gradually and has lately lost momentum. In the first half of 2011, output appears to have grown at an average annual rate of less than 2 percent in the USA and less then 0.3 percent in the UK. That pace is just not enough to significantly reduce today’s very high unemployment. Even not if hidden away behind all kind of other administration files. Persistently weak conditions in the labor market can threaten the long run prospects of the economy. A person who is unemployed for too long can gradually lose his or her work skills and find it increasingly difficult to find a job. Another headwind to economic activity is certainly not welcome at this juncture.


As Dolgoi said the satisfaction with a government is based in what the people get out of it. In France in the 18th century that had a result that the people stood up a mass brought down the establishment after years of discontent and ended with the beheading of the main pillars of that establishment. Nothing did change and a new ruler stood up and brought more problems for the people. It eats the money from the USA in a way they cannot afford, hence their actions to get a similar situation as they created in Libya where a full scale war is going between the Libyan population and Benghazi elements added with Qatar and other Arab elements, controlled by a force of USA and UK instructors and USA mercenaries in the West of Libya and Chad/Egypt/Qatar elements under control of an estimated 2000 France troops and mercenaries in the East.

An over spending therefore is a dangerous concept for the USA, as many foreign invoices remain unpaid, this can create a loss of credibility. Such a loss of credibility in the United States is too dangerous a scenario to be tested. So, the top priority is reaching political agreement on a comprehensive adjustment plan that starts consolidation in the coming years, it is for that reason that the USA has set off his war costs to the NATO, France and the UK. It is estimated that in the coming years the USA because of this off set can save an near 1 trillion dollar. However other measured need to be in place for further savings. The plan should be an appropriate in size. Ideally, the consolidation should be spread over several years to avoid that the measures will result in popular unrest as was seen in the beginning of the year. The plan has to be balanced to include cuts in discretionary spending, higher revenues—for example by closing tax loopholes—and social payments reforms. The latter should focus on containing the rate of entitlements—namely, social security and health care—and the changes may kick in later, but they have to be agreed and legislated now. Curbing non-defense discretionary spending alone is not sufficient because this type of spending is simply not large enough to achieve the required deficit reduction.

Most heavily paid are the armed forces, and the security organizations of which there are now so many and so secret that even the administration itself does not know the complexity of the secret services, however, nearly one third of the spending on a yearly base is going to those organizations. Organizations who's main job it is to keep the population in check without the visible aggression as their counter part in Nazi Germany had. However the principle is the same, neighbors to spy on neighbors who are spied on by the security services. However, it cost a third of the GDP, every year!

Putting the spending on a sustainable path and cutting the public debt means stabilizing its ratio to the size of the economy by 2015/16 and then lowering it gradually—requires a fiscal adjustment whose size and scope depends on two key variables: the pace at which the economy grows, and interest rates in the next several years. Above all the security and armed forced spending should be in a overhaul and put in a more stabilized path till such time that the economy expands, the benefits multiply and more funds are available. If the economy will grow and expand it will do revenues grow more rapidly, but debt also represents a smaller part of the economy, which reduces the need for savings. On the other hand, higher interest rates increase the amount of adjustment required because the interest bill will eat more of the available revenue. And complicating matters, higher debt tends to lift interest rates, raising the interest bill, and so on. Therefore raising the debt ceiling at the moment need to be to an 1.7 to 2 Trillion with savings of at least 3 Trillion to lower the deficit.

So after the raising of the debt ceiling, a fact that will happen, what next? Their need to be an active policy with enough power to control savings a saving in the first period of 5/6 percent should be possible. A further 5% would be possible over the next 5/8 years if adhered to this it will do the trick. That amount is broadly equivalent to the $8 trillion savings over a period till 2020. Part of the security should be loosened and the employment cut. In the armed forced also employment should be cut and more advanced weaponry used. The time that only soldiers on the ground could do the trick is gone. The more advanced weaponry could be financed out of the cut of employment, Looked should be also at the high negotiating costs made before a contract is given 300/500 million on negotiating costs seems to be normal now a days. It would save 15 billion a year for starters.

Above all the USA should negotiate with countries for their natural resources instead of using force to get it, Again look at Libya it since 2008 slowly turned into a trustful state with resources freely available. Even if Libya had done what they wanted to do and what was the reason of the USA for aggression, to run the oil well themselves, they would have needed US knowledge to do so, and the oil would have gone in the USA direction. Not under 100% control of the USA but then again neither do they have an 100% control in Saudi. The aggression was an mistake an costly mistake, even when the majority of the costs are carried by the NATO, France and an mass the UK. You catch a bear with honey........

The way the USA carries on with since 2008 the debt ceiling raised by Trillions time after time has to stop, if not the end as an world power and the largest economy may be over faster then they think!

When Great is gone and greed has taken over.



Just traveled through what was before Great Britain but what is now simple Britain and falling away to being simple England a small to medium size country on the border of Europe, bordering in the West by Ireland, in the North by Scotland and in the East by the North sea and the South east by Belgium and France.



Two weeks plus a day from place to place seeing the progress made on the field of looking after the handicapped or as it is called in Britain "disabled" although being disabled means not able to do anything. It is the only European country where being deaf in one ear is called being disabled and gives entitlement to handsome benefits. This is how it is on paper, the reality is a complete different one with disability seen as a scroungers ultimate dream and the Governments point of view; "it does not exist they making it up".



"I want to make sure that my government always looks after the elderly, the frail, the poorest in our country"
David Cameron, the first minister of Britain in October 2010. He still want to make sure in July 2011 as that looking after still does not exist. Anyone in Britain can pick-up an label of disability and receives the benefits, as experienced, the inspecting medical examiners either do not have a clue or cannot be bothered. If they like your face and the story sounds right you can be disabled for life even if you are completely healthy and without any handicap, sorry disability. It is therefore not a surprise that the percentage of the so-called disabled, people who manage to look like disabled but are not, are found in the immigration community.



The people we spoke to in some cases actual admitted that they had come to Britain just for that reason. That they are accepted as disabled quickly has to do with the so-called Equality Act 2010 which makes it an offense to discriminate against the disabled and under the EU human right act which makes it a crime to discriminate against people. The slogan of "you are against me because of my color or because of my belief" is an common used slogan. It has as result that medical examiners grant those people the label as being disabled to stop them from taking the medical examiner to court for discrimination.



The Courts itself have an more discriminating view however, in a recent Court case it was obvious that the Courts and with that the laws of Britain are damning to the whole population as it finds that as a country we find it acceptable to leave our elderly people, our disabled people, our sick people lying in their own urine, all night. Even when that person is not incontinent and only requires a few moments assistance from another person to ensure their dignity and comfort.

That is what the society thinks is acceptable way to treat the elderly people, the disabled people, the sick people of Britain?"

"That is what they, as a society, think is an acceptable way Is this what we want for our mothers and fathers? Is it what we want for our grandparents? For a generation who fought for all our freedoms? Is this what we want for ourselves? Even if you don't really care about sick or disabled people one day we will all be old. We will all be vulnerable. We will all learn the lessons of powerlessness, of how it feels to have our lives held in an uncaring hand. When that time comes for you, do you really want to be left in your own urine. All night.



The statement from the first minister in October 2010, "I want to make sure that my government always looks after the elderly, the frail, the poorest in our country" can therefore be seen for what it was, just a statement with no strings attached or any intention it to be more then just a statement. The statement of the Supreme Court made that rather obvious. The Supreme Court have made a decision in the case of Elaine McDonald a former principal ballerina in the Scottish Ballet. The legal arguments are varied but center around whether there was a fair review of care conducted, whether the decision infringed Ms McDonald's rights under Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights and whether there was a breach of section 21 and 49A of the Disability Discrimination Act (1995) (now superseded by Equality Act 2010) On a 4-1 majority the Supreme Court have dismissed Ms McDonald's appeal and saved the Conservative government money and that was the ultimate purpose of dismissing the appeal.



It is not only the Supreme Court that confirmed that the first minister had no intention to do more then making an statement, after words are cheap and easy said and they come not cheaper and easier then from the Britain first minister. In St. Mary's Hospital in Paddington Westminster London nurses could not care less in a high dependency ward of patients needed to go or not, they simple left them for hours on end in their urine, with one comment of a staff nurse we do not get enough paid. Monitors on the same ward were turned off as they were to busy to watch them, they did have time to sit around a desk to eat chocolates left by a patient and talk about their experiences in the clubs night before. Care for patients, who cares!



Strange enough all the lack of actions or actions against the disabled were found in Conservative run Councils. The case from Ms McDonald was in Kensington and Chelsea a western council in London west of Westminster well known for having the Buckingham palace. It is also that council that ignores the disabled, obstruct them much as possible and only reluctant assist the disabled. For the severe disabled as highlighted above they have no attention at all, those are ignored and even simple removed from files so that by a government inspection they do not show up. Disabled who hardly can walk are refused disabled badges if they are not wealthy enough we may presume, certainly the poorer people we spoke to were all refused, even if they had special adapted cars because of their lack of leg power. Domestic refuse is not collected if you are disabled or an elderly, we never have heard so a scala of excuses not to have to collect. There even was an option given to an 70 yr old and disabled person to bring his fridge to the councils waste dump 6 mile further. It needs no saying that this is a Conservative Council.



Does that sound bad take their neighbor the council of Westminster, the only place in London where people for appointments to the hospital cannot go by car but have to hire a taxi or an ambulance to reach their appointment in the Hospital. It is also a council who restrict parking for only those people who have an mobile phone and a credit card, without you cannot park. Disabled people who are using an wheelchair have already a parking ticked as the time it takes the get the wheelchair made ready and to go to the special ticket place is as such that gives the traffic warden ample time to write a ticket, time that is not given to the disabled for getting his ticket. It needs no saying that it here concerns a Conservative Council.



If the reader may think that this is really not on then think again in another council the elderly and the disabled have not even an proper road, if it rains the streets are mud filled and going out is only possible by car if the car can be reached. This council is a seaside resort and naturally an Conservative council.



The list is endless, however it does proofs that the main objective of the present Conservative government is to ignore the poor, the frail and the elderly.



Take the people with an disability to get a job, they have to report every week, others only once a two week, they are abused and raffly threatened and in some cases simple refused to sign on. That those people with a disability lose money and do not have to eat and can pay their rent is not of their concern. The concern is and that goes as a red line through all the reports to make life of them so difficult as possible, make them ill, and even better let the die.

However it are not only the councils who are following the governments guide lines look as an example at Kensal Road Job center, to be known as one of the worst in the way they treat people with disabilities, with the managers indication the worst possible treatment for the job seekers. A female managers one is known as the IS (ignorant scam) as the people leaving that office said. It seems that those managers are managing to get so many people of their list and out of payment without actual doing anything to help them with a job. They way we see it it is sadistic, evil and if not an government instructed action, those managers have a severe humanity and personality problem and should be working in prison camp instead of in the open community. We do not have to say that the job center is part of the Conservative government in a Conservative council.


What is obvious that after a year of Conservative rule, in which they managed to increase the level of debt as part of the GDP from 56% to 69%, spending, for themselves, money as water, the people now are regarded as one of the poorest in EU with a percentage growing fast. Their economic solutions are already declared by the World bank and the IMF as severely floored, their heavily increased taxes makes the government rolling in the money,which they in return thrown away to silly projects such as the failed operation in Libya, where now even the rebel fighters relay on food from Arab states, as the infra structure is complete destroyed, and any farmer who walks out to his land is killed of as being an Gaddafi supporter.


This is the second time that we had to do a report concerning the disabled in Britain the last one 5 years ago, then we had praise for the efforts made, now we have only contempt it seems that the first minister, while living the good live himself paid for by the poor community, sees himself as the ruler who can do what he want when he wants it and how he wants it with no opposition to query him about his actions. The level of people,elderly, frail and poor in Britain is one of the highest in EU the report shows that this is only the beginning and that many more will die in those middle age conditions, while the government is raking in the money and their personal wealth is increasing fast.

An Ebid statement:Ebid Auctions are cheaper, for the seller that is correct but not for the buyer that is if you can log in on Ebid as 1 in 5 cannot and find that their account is on Hold, no reason or explanation given.


However, buying via the internet is a booming business and online auction sides are not an exception. We all have heard of Ebay and the opinions are here,far and between. Generally it is a well used concept and for that reason it is copied by others. Some good ones some terrible ones but still it can be fun.


However, the fun vastly disappears when the auction side start to live a life of his own and ignores the customers. Fails to act as an consumer friendly service and by then the arrogance of we as auction side know best. One of such a side is Ebid, their twitter account shows many dis-satisfied customers. Is the customer dis-satisfaction on Ebay around One on every 500 for Ebid it is One on every 5. It would not be so bad if they attempted to solve the problems but they don’t. Their arrogance takes over if they know that they have made once again a mistake. Still Ebid have many who actual love them but as we have found more who ignore them. There are many who want to buy on Ebid but are banned from doing so by an collection of absurd reasons, some of them mentioned below. Ebid sellers need to take much longer before they can sell and then on a vastly lower price. However they have less costs to pay then on Ebay and therefore the selling price is level after costs are deducted. The buyer is better of if he is able to get a possibility to log on, there are customers who have tried for years to log-in on Ebid but to be turned down time after time with no reason given.


One in 5 who sign up to and want to log on are getting the message; Your account is put on hold. There is never a reason given. The possible reason they give for the put on hold problem does not have any relationship with the signers on problem and therefore the signer on can not identify the problem. Ebid itself does not give an explanation, if a signer on receives the message as that their account is put on hold Ebid gives the following explanation;


"To keep eBid as clutter free to allow genuine sellers a clean and efficient marketplace in which to trade, we ask all sellers to not break our posting rules".
The signer on never did any selling or any buying for that matter so this reason does not apply.

"If any of your items cross this boundary, ALL your auctions will be deleted without notice and your account placed on hold". As the signer in did not place any items, this reason also does not apply.

"When you try and log-in while your account is on hold you will find you are locked out. To remove this ban, please email us using the contact form in the Help section stating the item(s) you posted to create this ban and that you will not post such items any more".
The signer in found the account placed on hold by the first attempt to log in therefore they cannot state the item(s) posted as no item(s) were posted, in fact absurdity sets in here.

"Please do not email us asking us what you did wrong, a simple apology will re-open your account almost immediately whereas a long winded email conversation will waste ours and your time".
Besides that the arrogance drips in large streams out of this message, it means that the signer in is not allowed to ask why, but that he has to apologies for something the signer on did not do as he was never able to sign on as Ebid had put the account on hold. It is also a clear stupidity as the signer on will simple forget about Ebid log in but will tell others about it and every time Ebid lost an potential client.

"If you state you will refrain from posting banned items and are caught a second time, the same will happen".
As the first time signer on did not place any items it will be rather difficult to refrain from posting items never posted.

"If you are caught a third time your account will be locked on a permanent basis. It is up to you to read the posting rules and abide by them, users are told about the posting rules when they start an auction. "I didn't realize" won't be a valid excuse!".
Absurdity now has taken a strong foot hold in Ebid.

Ebid knows the absurdities, but do not give a reason as why certain people are not allowed to use Ebid.

There most used excuse is that the new signer on has multiple accounts on Ebid, and holders of multiple accounts will also be placed on hold. They fail to explain how a new signer in can have by attempting to sign in for the first time have already multiple accounts. They do not have that it is a absurd excuse from Ebid to explain their un-explaineble actions.

We have attempted to create a bid account as an reaction on the many, many complain about Ebid on blogs but also on face book and Twitter. We did opened an account which was accepted. Then we signed on, but were blocked by the message which created so many remarks on blogs and social websites,"your account is placed on hold". No reason was given, no explanation was forwarded, no solution for the problem was offered. In fact they did not have a reason at all to put the account on hold. We did not trade,yet. We did not buy,yet. We did not place multiple items or illegal items on the account as that was set on hold, permanent.


After a long website conversation in which the conversation of Ebid was arrogant and unhelpful, we were told that we have several accounts operating on Ebid. when we did a online registration to check the complains this answer was a complete absurdity.
The we were told that they had found several accounts under our name, but when pressed they supplied name and email that where neither in our name and the emails checked by Google and AOL where non existing emails. The conclusion being that Ebid just had made them up to have some kind of excuse. When we pointed this out we were told that the address we had given was incomplete and that this was the reason the account was put on hold. By checking the address just in case we did make a mistake, it turned out that the address was correct in all details.

We then were told that the account was put on hold because we were bidding on our own auctions. Absurd once more as we did not log in and therefore we would not be able to access the account not to place any bids on goods we could not list.
We then gave up as with so much absurdity it is not very useful to find an explanation for something they have no intention to explain.


They have other reason we did not try out such as "the user-name is stricken off". The explanation is that the account has been placed on hold for the most common reason that users are found to have not read our posting rules and subsequently breaking them, they will be placed on hold without notice and in many cases have all current auctions removed immediately. Please make sure you read our posting rules before contacting us. This can only be placed under the heading patronizing and arrogant.

It is up to the reader to make up his or her own mind to visit Ebid, but they are fore warned and advised to read the blogs relating to Ebid and the Ebids twitter accounts replies, there are many good Auction sides of which Ebay we mentioned in the beginning is one, but there are many others mostly cheaper then Ebay, but then again the trade level is also much lower and the selling time much longer. For this the reader has to make up his or hers own mind, or try it out and learn from the experience.

We living in a strange world, we believe what the papers and the TV are telling us without checking of it is correct. If they say the day is night and the night is day we believe it.
We believe that the rebels in Libya are honest hardworking Libyans who are trapped by a dictator as the evil Gaddafi. We believe that the Americans and the British and French are there to help those poor people. We do not believe what we are told by people who know but are not on the TV. So what are those rebels than in reality if they are not what the newspapers tell us?


The CIA report state that several parties in the rebels are clearly terrorist from other countries, local gangsters armed with weapons shipped in from Britain and France, escapees from Egypt and tribes man. Terrorist groups the CIA said who were fighting in Yemen and Afghanistan and as such were recognized.



Since February the NATO have attempted to kill off all what moved in Libya in the hope for a quick take-over of Libya by the US oil business, instead of this the Dictator of Qatar has taken possession of the oil in exchange for weapons. Those weapons can now be found in Chad and Somalia.



Many died since NATO's attempt to destroy Libya if you look at the combined figures of the death civilians you would think that you are back in NAZI Germany: Bab Qargarish 17 death 24 wounded, Bu Sittah 4 death 27 wounded,Qabilat 21 death 19 wounded, Dajibitah 16 death 39 wounded, Suqul 28 death 47 wounded. Jun'ah 3 death 19 wounded, Azziyah 26 death 34 wounded, Qurji 46 death 63 wounded, Bin Aamd 44 death 82 wounded. Hayy 14 death 27 wounded, Shatal 57 death 114 wounded so far. Tahura 26 death 49 wounded, Abyaras 23 death 48 wounded, Sababil 17 death 23 wounded, Sayyad Ah 74 death 103 wounded so far, Janzur i al 18 death under which 11 children 34 wounded, all children. Al Kufrah 23 death unknown wounded Al Jawf 34 death 57 wounded by attack on the air strip. This are only the ones who are reaching the media at this moment, there are many more attacks of which no deaths are known yet.



The pilots don't care who they hit they just following orders, just as the Gestapo did during the last world war, just following orders. Those pilots do not have to kill regardless as they are under attack by anyone. They just killing civilians and as such they are government supported killers. And this from the US/UK France version we want to protect the civilians. All those deaths are probably seen by the US as army from the age of one onwards.



We are no Gaddafi fan, but, make no mistake this is not about poor civilians, its about removing Gaddafi because he will not be a puppet for the west. His decision to keep the oil for the Libyan people was an act for the people of Libyan, they would have taken the profit themselves. It was for this reason that the US gave order to his puppets to attack Libya. The US wanted the oil for themselves and for America alone. It was that reason that the US appointed Libya into the security council it was that reason that Libya was appointed to the Human right commission, they wanted the oil.



The rebels don't want the oil, they just want power and money, and they hope to get both by obeying the US just as France and Britain do. Meanwhile the west turns a blind eye to the dictators that are killing there people in Yemen, Bahrain and Saudi, (The Saudi's even sent ground forces into Bahrain to assist in the killing). However these dictators will play ball with the west, unlike Gaddafi!!!



The basic question can be asked as why did not Britain attacked Libya during the Lockerby drama? Then they had the change to defend the British people.



The problem is the Western countries under instruction of the US will never learn, they have a misplaced feeling of superiority what fails to show common sense time after time. The stupidity of the western governments in attacking Gaddafi is almost beyond belief, and mind boggling. Sticking posters is illegal but does the police act, in your dreams. If they would than the Courts in London would convict the police for discrimination, as the posters are a form of expression. Its time to stop this folly before its too late and allow these primitive countries to fight their own wars as our involvement is at best counter productive and at worst criminal.

Idealism in international politics is always mitigated by pragmatism and self interest. It is shot through with hypocrisy, no more so than with Britain's relationship with oil producing countries, and specifically with Gaddafi. However the West lied there never was an announcement by Gaddafi to wipe out the Benghazi population, what he said was that the rebels would pay for their destruction. Complete rubbish but seeing the Georgian interest in the Washington post not an complete surprise.



The Washington post points out that the USA explicitly condones Russian in this political game, despite the fact's contradicting the Washington post views. Georgia is lately on the war path and have made it clear that they see Russia as an illegal collection of countries that need to be brought to account. Georgia said that Russia is really threatens the US interests if the USA does not allow



Moreover, as the newspaper writes, Russia was planning to blow up the US Embassy in Georgia in 2010, but the terrorist attack was uncovered in time. An utterly rubbish story strait out of the deluded mind of Saaskivili. That man always has in its mind that Russia is out to get him. Maybe they should, the USA hunt other dictators for less. However, the USA need Georgia as it is a perfect base for stirring up all kind of aggravation against Russia. However that a paper like the Washington post would fall into such a trap is really unbelievable.

The main problem is that the evolutionist is trying to explain the origin in natural evolution. The creationists have only their faith and based on that faith they criticize the evolutionist. They should put forwards their own observations to proof their point, a simple you have to believe will not do nor is it scientifically convincing.


However, we should not forget that they are masters of negative criticism, although failing to produce any acceptable evidence. Their proof of the case is simple, belief, however this is a non-scientific proposal and therefore unacceptable. Another negative point of criticism is dragging old statements, some over 100 years old to support their case. What they should be doing is to stay up to date with the latest possibilities and daily research. They now try to defend the indefensible which is support for their faith and to belief in that only. However, just believe is not exactly scientifically.


Creationist also complains that scientist will not give them credit for their research to their God.
It will be obvious that, and we have respect for their convictions, it is rather difficult to give credit to a believe in a folks tale, no matter how good, how well written but without any acceptable proof.


We do believe that the story had a beginning, we do believe that the ones who made the store and the ones who left out and added to the story were good man, who believed in the many Gods available in that time. They no doubt believed the stories, however this does not proof the stories were correct.
The same stories are all over the Middle East although with differences in time and names and locations. The story of God is not proven in any form, yet.


It is therefore for the creationist an out of place habit to ridicule scientist. They do their out most to find the answer. We realise that this will be probably not in our lifetime but time will learn.


The unfounded criticism of the creationist although ridiculous only hides the insecurity of them, in the knowledge that they never will be able to proof an intelligent design, unless they will take the research
serious and add their knowledge to it.


The creationist instead of being negative should try to get some evidence to put them on a similar footing as the evolutionist, but they still want the honour for nature to be given to their God, without supplying any proof.


Without displaying any disrespect, it rather laughable that such a rambling on can even be accepted for print. This kind of display does not do the creationist any good, they do not support science, however, they want to be seen as such, they come with arguments good for a first year student unknown in this field. It is sad to see how a good man can be turned into rambling puppets with nothing to proof then their own ignorance and arrogance, and can only utter the words, believe.


Image that such a man find a pool of water looks in it and sees a face, telling others afterwards I have seen God, ridicules yes it is but not unknown. If you been in a audience man a man of God on stage then you realise how ridiculous it is, worst of all they are believed by the majority of the audience. The evolutions have so far never knowingly made a claim that they know how the heaven and earth had come into existence. They never will from science point of view, and they know it. They will be able in future with no doubt proof that a creation has taken place and that in theory the Earth could have been created out of the big bang theory. However, that on it self is no proof other then a suggestion based on probabilities, which could be true and could be not true.


However, even if hypothetical the great minds of the evolutionist, the supporters of the big bang theory could make sense out w.at had happened. Is that proof that the Almighty did not do this on the first day of his creation. If there was a big bang then there had to be something to make the big bang happening. Now we are back with the God Almighty. An Intelligent Creator only could have made such an occurrence possible and so we are back on day one.


Do the intellectual minds of the evolutionist realize that while calculating the stars distance the light years to travel dating the soil and fossils investigating the history of humankind they fail to see the obvious. The Creation itself. They know what they see but don't see it they hear it but do not listen they read it but do not comprehend what is written, they do not apprehend that all of the world and all what happens on it is an adornment with a show of Divine wisdom of the Almighty.



Hence, it is possible that a being of the highest degrees in science to which they can arrive, can give them unmingled enjoyment pleasure while their mind is obscured with devotion to the borders of the investigations of science. Is it possible that someone exist in the world that has his life devoted to the highest investigation of search and research of science, and still has doubts to the existence of the Almighty?


He is filled with pride of his achievements in scientific research, but still sees others with arrogance while looking down on them and sees them as inferior to his own. However, can he enjoy life with delightful emotions, the enjoyments, and happiness, which flow from the knowledge of standing in the shining of the Almighty?


What any good human being feels amides the various problems of life, he can in fact look no further then the result of his search and research. However, he has to accept that this is all he will have, as dead for him will be dead. No eternal salvation, no elevation of the mind, no enjoyment to meet the Creator. Just dead.


Even although those scientist reject the Bible, as a message from the Almighty there is no reason for its annunciations should be rejected altogether.


As researchers of the evolutions of earth, the constitution of the mind and the circumstances of our existence take into account every view and fact which may have bearing on his search and research. He will have to take into account the book, the Bible, and the actual existence fit the survival over thousands or maybe millions of years. Then they admit that such a book exists.


Many of the most illustrious beings who illustrated their existence on Earth given lead and example to others, having citrate and livid by the word of the Book and acting on it without any hesitation to the glory of the Almighty and successful promoting the welfare and happiness of mankind.

There are severe problems in the State of Israel, the high food prices the high unemployment,the aggression against non-Jews have led to enormous demonstrations against the government in the same way as there is in other Middle east countries. In the Israeli press there is lately a lot of talk about the San Remo conference between the four powers of that time. The Israeli press suggest that at the San Remo conference the Jews were given the right of the land of Palestine.
This however is incorrect: It was the establishment in Palestine of a national home for Jewish people.

The San Remo conference was hastily convened. Great Britain and France both agreed to recognize the provisional independence of Syria and Mesopotamia, while "reluctantly" claiming mandates for their administration. Palestine was composed of the Ottoman administrative districts of southern Syria. Under customary international law, premature recognition of its independence would be a gross affront to the government of the newly declared parent state.

San Remo Resolution - April 25, 1920

It was agreed:
(a) To accept the terms of the Mandates Article as given below with reference to Palestine, on the understanding that there was inserted in the process-verbal an undertaking by the Mandatory Power that this would not involve the surrender of the rights hitherto enjoyed by the non-Jewish communities in Palestine; this undertaking not to refer to the question of the religious protectorate of France, which had been settled earlier in the previous afternoon by the undertaking given by the French Government that they recognized this protectorate as being at an end.
(b) that the terms of the Mandates Article should be as follows:

The High Contracting Parties agree that Syria and Mesopotamia shall, in accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 22, Part I (Covenant of the League of Nations), be provisionally recognized as independent States, subject to the rendering of administrative advice and assistance by a mandatory until such time as they are able to stand alone. The boundaries of the said States will be determined, and the selection of the Mandatory made, by the Principal Allied Powers.

The High Contracting Parties agree to entrust, by application of the provisions of Article 22, the administration of Palestine, within such boundaries as may be determined by the Principal Allied Powers, to a Mandatory, to be selected by the said Powers. The Mandatory will be responsible for putting into effect the declaration originally made on November 8, 1917, by the British Government, and adopted by the other Allied Powers, in favor of the establishment in Palestine of a national home for the Jewish people, it being clearly understood that nothing shall be done which may prejudice the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine, or the rights and political status enjoyed by Jews in any other country.

During the meetings of the "Council of Four" in 1919, British Prime Minister Lloyd George stated that the McMahon-Hussein Correspondence was a treaty obligation. He also explained that the agreement with Hussein had been the basis for the Sykes-Picot Agreement. Under the terms of the Sykes-Picot Agreement, the British and French had agreed to an independent Arab state.


On 6 January 1920 Prince Faisal initialed an agreement with French Prime Minister Clemenceau which acknowledged "the right of the Syrians to unite to govern themselves as an independent nation". A Pan-Syrian Congress, meeting in Damascus, had declared an independent state of Syria on 8 March 1920.The new state included Syria, Palestine, Lebanon and portions of northern Mesopotamia which had been set aside under the Sykes-Picot Agreement for an independent Arab state, or confederation of states. King Faisal was declared the head of state. At the same time Prince Zeid, Faisal's brother, was declared regent of Mesopotamia.


British Mandate for Palestine
The three principles of the British Balfour Declaration regarding Palestine were adopted in the Treaty.
ARTICLE 95.

I do not think that Zionism will hurt the Arabs, but they will never say they want it. Whatever be the future of Palestine it is not now an independent nation, nor is it yet on the way to become one. Whatever deference should be paid to the views of those living there, the Powers in their selection of a mandatory do not propose, as I understand the matter, to consult them. In short, so far as Palestine is concerned, the Powers have made no statement of fact which is not admittedly wrong, and no declaration of policy which, at least in the letter, they have not always intended to violate.

If Zionism is to influence the Jewish problem throughout the world Palestine must be made available for the largest number of Jewish immigrants. It is therefore eminently desirable that it should obtain the command of the water-power which naturally belongs to it whether by extending its borders to the north, or by treaty with the mandatory of Syria, to whom the southward flowing waters of Hamon could not in any event be of much value.
For the same reason Palestine should be extended into the lands lying east of the Jordan. It should not, however, be allowed to include the Hedjaz Railway, which is too distinctly bound up with exclusively Arab Interests..."


The Declarations conferred basic rights on all the inhabitants of the Jewish and Arab states without distinction of sex, nationality, language, race or religion and protected the rights and property of all nationals of the country who differed in race, religion, or language from the majority of the inhabitants of the country. Abba Eban subsequently declared that the rights stipulated in section C. Declaration, chapters 1 and 2 of UN resolution 181(II) had been constitutionally embodied as the fundamental law of the state of Israel as required by that resolution and assured the committee that Israel would not invoke Article 2, paragraph 7 of the Charter, regarding its domestic jurisdiction. The instruments that he cited during the hearings were the Declaration of the Establishment of the State of Israel, and various cables and letters of confirmation addressed to the Secretary General. Mr. Eban's explanations and Israel's undertakings were noted in the text of A/RES/273 (III), 11 May 1949. A similar Declaration of the State of Palestine, supplied by the Palestine National Council, was accepted as being in line with the General Assembly resolution in A/RES/43/177, 15 December 1988.

The San Remo conference did not promise a right and only blackmail and bribery established the State of Israel.
Not exactly the right way of starting a State on someone else land given by countries who did not own it but used threat and blackmail to give away that was not theirs to give away.


There can be no doubt that Israel has the right to exist, they have however no right to make it a secular Jewish state. So long the USA protects them under pressure of the Jewish bankers to protect the trillions debt of the USA, Israel will be save. He claims that he was the judge who was known for his rulings against the Gaddafi government. This can be taken with an enormous pinch of salt as a man who is ruling against the government of Gaddafi, would not be appointed by Gaddafi as minister of Justice in 2007. He also said that he attempted to resign on national TV over the government's failure to release political prisoners in 2010, and that his resignation was rejected. However there is no proof of any of it, this was the time that the Gaddafi government was serving at the security council of the UN and sat at the Humans rights commission of the UN. He was sent as negotiator to Benghazi what clearly indicate that he was trusted by the Gaddafi government, he said resigned on 21 February 2011, and seeing his character we may presume that a better offer was made to him. He was after the first senior official to do so.



He has made many claims, none of them is substantiated in something concrete so far it is just sand and of that he has more then enough. It is obvious that the man wants to take over where Gaddafi left off. Since 2007 the situation in Libya has changed, the system became more open, foreign business was invited and established.

In January this year Libya was to be recommended by the UN for his excellent Human rights record. It makes of the claims of Mustafa Abdul Jalil or under whatever further name he goes a joke!. Although this William Hague sees him as a leader, a queer one indeed.



However he is the perfect stooge to be used by the imperialistic governments of France and Britain who with this attempting to relive the colonial past. As is with colonial powers from the past they act as of they are still or a real colonial power. This means killing and more killings. They managed to get an UN resolution on a fantasy loose remark turned into a acceptable threat that never was: the killing of the Benghazi population. A mainly Western media fabrication made out of loose remark made, just as they did with the President of Iran, who never said that Israel should be wiped of the map but that Zionism should be wiped out. Clever changed by the Western Media into Israel. The same was done with the remark that the rebels in Benghazi should pay the price, translated by the Western Media into the Benghazi population to be wiped out.



The Ban ki Moon of the UN was quick enough to instruct the UN security council that action was needed. He did not get it, it took the US with threats and bribery to persuade the members to vote for a limited action. Reluctant Russia and China stepped into the trap, which then closet behind them. Since then they have found out that France and Britain on the orders of the US were simple on a killing spree with the main objective to destroy the complete infrastructure of Libya, with that they are almost finished. What is left is the man made water supply of Libya, so they did just that, even the German during WW1 and WW2 went not that far, but then again in France there is President with a minority complex a midget who wants to be big, and in the UK that is a queer situation with foreign minister Hague throwing his weight behind every killing as a good deed indeed. It shows that the man has no honor or any scruples but obeys his US masters for all the benefits possible.



As NATO said the accidental hit a part of the water supply, here it was no accident but a direct aim as there was nothing else in the vicinity that could be of any interest. It was done with the aim to kill so many civilians as possible, again even the Germans in WW2 did not went that far. The repair could take a while but to make sure NATO targeted the factory what makes the replacement pipes to make sure that so many civilians as possible would suffer in the process. When they hit that water pipes factory in Brega, killing six man, they made sure it would take as long as possible to repair. We can be sure that they will target the great man-made irrigation system across the desert which brings water to seventy per cent of Libyan homes, over and over again so long as there are civilians still alive in Libya who not obeying the colonial powers of Britain and France or the oil mad President of the US.




The water supply was certainly not a military target nor a flying target, it was an civilian target with the aim to kill millions. William Hague can be proud it will not take long and he will be in the history book as the Libyan mass killer. The man is so arrogant that he sees himself as the future leader of the world, he even has now taking it upon him to be a specialized medical consultant, Megrahi he said was nearly death when he was released or would be death soon the doctors said. And what do we see Hague shouted to the world he is still alive. Any civilized person would be happy to see people alive, he wants to see them death. Doctors can make a prediction based on experience, it does not mean that they will be right. Take this example a woman was in 1997 told that she had at most a year to a year and a half to live, so the best they good do is to let her go home so that she could die in her own bed. She after 14 years is still alive and kicking. Hague said that Megrahi is a swindler because he is still alive. Does this means that this woman is also a swindler because she is still alive. Of course she is not and nor is Megrahi, a killer yes an convicted killer yes, but it is not his fault that he is still alive.



In the time between NATO has committed another war crime. the list grows endless and soon will have surpassed all other lists for war crimes. Indeed NATO should present itself as the “North Atlantic Terrorist organization” targeting all countries outside the North Atlantic. This destroyed water supply is an civilian water supply network which brings water to 75% of Libya's population, according to a rebel spokesman who was severe dismayed by the attack, more so because the 6 killed workers were on the rebel side in Libya. The general manager of the Man Made River Corporation which controls the pipeline reports it was hit in a NATO strike.



The international community has two choices: to turn a blind eye like cowards and allow NATO to murder Libyan children, murder Libyan civilians and support terrorists with their strikes there are already rumors as there always are that Britain is prepared to use white phosphor annex the depleted uranium bullets they use. The same sources said that drums with WMD are transported from Tunisia borders into Libya now that NATO is getting desperate. However the Western Media are controlled by the US government and there is no journalist who like to meet his end by an suddenly reported car crash or an suddenly reported suicide the two most favorite actions by the US to silence people. The second option is for the international community to use the proper channels to bring pressure on NATO itself and on the politicians in its member states to stop this murderous atrocity, this outrage against civilization and international law, now. However as we have seen with other terrorist organizations it is very difficult to get sense into them as murder is their number one priority.




We have actions on European and US TV stations for funding of the Save the children funds, at the same time the European and US government try to kill so many children as possible, do you vote or support for this campaign? If so then you are a child murderer, or a supporter of child murderers. Cameron, Hague, Obama and Sarkozy have the blood of thousands of innocent people on their hands.



If NATO's contribution to protecting civilians is bombing their water supply then the international community will respond to this heinous war crime, whether or not the politicians do. Will anyone please do something about this horrendous war crime? Or will we all sit back while NATO destroys water supply lines, a civilian structure? Is this protecting civilians or is this an act of revenge because NATO is losing an campaign that should not have been started in the first place.



Let us look at the facts, they grounded with the permission of the Ban ki Moon the planes of Libya, then they tied the Libyan army into their barracks, armed a rat pack of international mercenaries plus some Libyans who had nothing else to do, loaded them full with weapons, plenty of weapons, there is a constant run of trucks with weapons from the Tunisian border into Libya, and told them to attack the Libyan army while NATO would stop that army from moving. The situation being that you have tied someone up so that they cannot defend themselves and then let a bunch of rabies infected dogs at him while NATO makes sure that the victim does not fight back. In short the action of complete cowards or NATO which is in fact the same!.



Actually in the case of Libya, there are no problems, except that the people and/or leadership will not bow to the dictates of the of colonial powers and a oil mad US president. They way forward would be an opening of the Nuremberg trails and put Cameron,Hague,Sarkozy and Obama up for trail as war criminals, have cleaners stand by to wipe up the blood what is dripping from their hands non stop.



In Hague's case this situation is to queer it has to be stopped, the man obvious does not have a clue where he is talking about but simple follows the US command while ignoring the interest of his own country Britain. Obama and Sarkozy are both up for election doubtful of the will win, but we fear that many candidates will be put off or prosecuted for weird reason mainly non-existing or simple are killed either by an accident or by suicide. Cameron is a different case, it maybe very doubtful of he has any clue of what is going on he always looks of he is in a different universe then the rest of us, fact is a leader he is certainly not. Maybe pilots of those civilian killing aircraft’s should face war crime for killing civilians and destroying a country that has nothing to do with them or Britain,France or the US.



There is already an action going by non-Libyans to find the criminals and the ones who instructed them to do so who dropped those bombs on Libya's vital water pipeline, that supplies water to 75 percent of Libya's population.
Those mindless criminals are now subject of an international search to find their identities so that they may be prosecuted for crimes against humanity. That bombing was an attempt at genocide, nothing less. The human being cannot live without water and no stretch of the imagination is going to excuse this horrendous crime.



The UN still hold a ban on supplies importing spare parts so the water supply to make sure that the water for 75% of the Libyan population cannot be restored. The ill conceived U.N. Security Council resolutions ban imports of many items into Libya. The Libyan government has informed members of the Security Council in his message that the alliance decided to carry out mass murder against the Libyan people by targeting their only drinking water source, where billions were invested and without it life stops in Libya. He wondered what's the relation between this factory and the protection of civilians that NATO claims it is carrying out?" Is the oil for Obama indeed so important that he wants to do a second US genocide in a follow up of the Indians in the US 150 years ago, and kill all the Libyans.



There is no doubt that besides oil, water is a crucial resource particularly in the Middle East, as the 2006 war against Lebanon by Israel showed as that was nothing else then a water grab by Israel. No doubt the colonial powers would like to seize this wonder of the world under the Sahara desert in Libya. For William Hague it will be “murder he wrote” and there is nothing queer about that.
