Essex TDC works but only for the rich!

Neil Stock leaning against his Jaguar at the car park , while the sun was blistering over the car shining in the sunlight, just behind the sandy south-facing beach. Looking out on his own creation of the deprived area, the overgrowth place with weed and the place where once a weekly market and car boot was. It is now the entrance to the Brooklands, with on one side a small climbing road up to the Brooklands and on the other side passing the tyre yard who conducts his business on the public road to the Grassland passing the wooden sheds called by Neil Stock award winning homes. As said his creation indeed to create a deprived community, “its embarrassing isn't it? We're only 60 miles from London, in the affluent south-east and here we are in the most deprived place in the country." said Neil Stock the TDC leader.



He fails to point out that the TDC and ECC are solely responsible for the deterioration of the place. Neil Stock as TDC front runner has done all possible to make look the place so deprived as is humanly possible. Refusing the basics, withholding funds and with that deliberate discriminating against the disabled and the old. As they cannot walk or use the wheelchair on the roads. And there are many of those living in that most deprived area. There is money available but that is on Neil advice spent on extending parking for school journeys, extra playing fields for children. But roads, no they are not needed, it would take away the deprived view of the place and that deprivation site is all where he has been working for all those years.



They are not rich, they do not have luxury houses so why should they have roads, we talking here about Jaywick, a ward of Tendring district council in north-east Essex, it has earned the unhappy distinction of being placed first in the dauntingly named Indices of Multiple Deprivation 2010. Using statistics for income, employment, health, disability, crime and living standards, the government report ranks 32,482 neighbourhoods by local authority area according to where they stand in a national poverty league table. At the opposite end of the scale, the Hertfordshire suburb of Chorleywood, where houses cost 30 times as much as property in Jaywick, is named least deprived.



With its magnificent miles of golden sand it's hard to imagine how Jaywick stumbled first on hard times due to the cheap flights to Spain for holidays and then due to TDC action disappeared into the abyss. Its chalets along the shoreline look satisfyingly weather-beaten, painted in bleached pastel shades. But take a few steps inland and gaps appear like missing teeth in a smiling face. In the Brookslands estate, the Mermaid Tavern has been torched the suggestion by the inhabitants is that the council had the hand in those fires, but that is never proven.



That would not be even if they would have had their hand in it. However it did worked to the satisfaction of the TDC council and special his leader Neil Stock, and left it standing as a blackened shell, as has numerous houses. It seems to be rather strange that the TDC council did not acted to remove the burned out skeletons, but then again it was just what they wanted the view of an deprived area. Nearby, not a single shop remains open for business – even the whelks and jellied eels store on the promenade which used to cater for the summer day-trippers has gone. Mainly because the parking possibilities for the tourist are taken away and are only partly replaced with sky high charging parking meters and traffic warden in a more concentrated area then anywhere else in TDC. The results the tourists are staying away. And again that is what Neil Stock must have had in mind when he instigated the measures taken.



The locals are happy enough to talk but don't want to give their names, "in case we get our windows put in or find our house on fire, getting the planning department to measure the place to see of they can find anything that is not as it should be. Neil Stock, the Conservative leader of the council, what else you will ask, which is run from the town hall in neighbouring Clacton-on-Sea, looks as of he has to be there but really does not want to be seen there. "It is depressing being number one, because we do take this issue very seriously. It's a problem beyond the scope of a district council. We need national and European intervention." He is of course joking, he had all the possibilities to have the place in an attracted tourist style, but instead done all what they could do to make it look as deprived as is humanly possible.



Even at the conference for opportunities and challenges in July, it was all BLA,BLA,BLA and not one concrete solution. It was more for the glory of Neil Stock and his friends then it was an intense attempt to create indeed an opportunity they not even want to take the chance. However they were all congratulating each other for a perfect conference. The fact that there were no concrete solutions no challenges stipulated nor opportunities created did not of on the marvellous days of wining and dining and the public purse. The writer who was at the conference did not even bother to put in a suggestions report for his own government, although they have concerning flood land and coastal communities the ultimate experience.



Maybe it was due the dirt on his glasses that he could not see the matter properly, but for sure he could make funds available for roads, if he can make funds available for nearly 60.000 pounds on legal costs and thousands for retirement luxury gifts. In stead the area mainly due to the landlords advertising for the homeless and unemployed to join Brookland attract indeed the down and out from far beyond the Essex area, as the conservative supporting house landlords renting the places, which are only suitable for holiday or Park Home commendation, out to anyone who wants it for 450 pounds a month. The TDC council pays happily as Neil Stocks conservative supporters are making an small fortune out of the deprived misery of the by the TDC created deprived area. And lately they are making it even worse, by senseless digging and earth walls to make the deprivation even look worst. “We need national and European intervention" he said. This are just words, he does not want any intervention, he want to get everyone out, take the land and create a luxury area for his rich fiends and conservatives supporters. He had the change in 2009 for European funding, but all what TDC and ECC did was obstructing.



The proposed Brookland new pier is still an option, so is the Marina and a heliplace at the local airport. Instead of the houses of Brookland, there would be luxury homes for the rich, with the original occupants stuffed away in the new to be build homes at St.Johns road. That is the main reason as why it has to be looking as deprived as possible.
So how did Brooklands estate – get here, having overtaken Breckfield in Anfield, Liverpool? Despite its problems, Brookland still possesses character. It's the largest surviving example of the "plot lands" movement of the 1920s and 1930s, when land was sold off in little strips, usually to city dwellers longing for a piece of paradise. Jaywick Sands was built in 1928 as a resort by developer Frank Stedman. He marketed them as "chalets" but people lived in their two-bedroom bungalows all year round. One local recalled his father had bought the house off-plan at an exhibition in London.



After the Second World War most plot lands were bulldozed but the Jaywick residents hung on, even going to court in 1970 and succeeded in preserving it. And here is the centre of the problem, Jaywick defeated the local council and that is a fact the local council will never forgive them. They now using out dated excuses such as "it is in a high-risk flood zone". So is one third of the Netherlands with most of the land below the sea level, but it does not stop the Dutch from living. They do not have deprived areas in a high-risk flood zone. Simple the local councils and the state government do not allow it to develop into one. It is here where TDC fall foul using outdated excuses instead of developing the Brookland area to a plot land exhibition site.



Many of the roads are not maintained by the council and are narrow dirt tracks. Mains sewerage did not arrive until the 1980s and in some areas street lighting and pavements have never been installed. Although the Local council the TDC ask one of the highest Council tax for those homes without doing what they should be doing. As a matter of fact they ripping of the poorest to fetter their own.



"Eight years ago Jaywick had the highest rate of outright property ownership in the area but that has gone into reverse," said Stock. Four fifths of the housing stock is rented, with ownership concentrated in the hands of "one or two landlords" who rent out to housing benefit claimants. "The going rate is £450 a month for a two-bedroom house, which these qualify as. Because of their state of deterioration there's no deposit required, so we are attracting people from miles away to live here," he said. We can stop this he forgot the mention by renaming the homes Park Homes which means the landlords cannot rent it out and the high level of undesirable would fall back to low levels.



Those incomers aren't necessarily what an old community like Jaywick needs. Some people obtained their homes in the seventies for a reasonable price, found work in the area. But when that closed down Colchester is the nearest place to find work as the Local council deprived Clacton also from the much needed funding and more businesses are closing. All the money is used for the small rich villages as where Neil Stock lives.



To put the line for the Conservatives further to show that what Neil Stock is doing is typical Conservative, look at Libya, till February this year a wealthy above average income country. That was until the Conservatives got their hands on it, now it one of the most destructed and deprived area's in Northern Africa, so that the Conservatives can get their hands on the Libya wealth. That is what they are doing in Brookland, same way, same system, and same ruthlessness. Kids are playing in the water overflowing streets playing in the dirty water with rats as their play mates, if the roads are dry then large dust clouds are thrown up when a car passed. Many residents have a dog or elaborate security as outsiders/tourists like to have a go at the homes. The police cannot be counted on, a residents dog was stolen the police knew which drug-dealer took him but they wouldn't do anything. The resident got him back because someone went round and said 'Give him back or your legs get broken' and miraculously the next morning the dog reappeared.



Others had a stone bench stolen from outside the house and nobody saw a thing, funny that. Outside boat engines are gone missing, sheds are broken into, telephone cables are stolen, garden gates are gone missing etc. etc.



Stock says it's a housing problem. "The Guinness Trust came in and built some lovely new houses on the edge of the estate. But as soon as they'd decanted families into the new homes the old ones filled up. I'm afraid the old ones have to be pulled down as they become vacant." Those houses are in fact an eyesore for a passing tourist as they looking more like sheds then houses. And many more will come if the going rate will soon go shooting up too, as the housing benefit caps in the better areas in London begins to bite. Opportunistic private landlords are an unwelcome scourge to any area already suffering socially and economically. An answer is to be found in low-cost, respectable, social housing - encouraging people to feel they have a stake in their local community, rather than feeling they are merely part of transient tide of the dispossessed, existing purely as a means of funnelling money into the pockets of the exploitative wealthy mostly conservative landlords.



It is surprised that Neil Stock only concentrates on Housing; Jaywick is magnet for the working-class elderly or permanently sick retired and/or on benefits, a common theme in all the coastal neighbourhoods that are in decline. These two groups have many factors which add to the ranking: they come with high deprivation attributes in the domains of low income, unemployment, poor health including disability and of course they tend to be vulnerable victims to crime. However many residents in the Brooklands are not of that kind, they are proud to be living in just such an area.



New Labour gets the blame for this problem as it really emerged as a phenomena during the last decade, but its actually a concentrated action from the Conservative Essex Council and the Conservative Tendring Council the confluence of influences stretching back to the post-war era but the lens is a problem of globalisation: two central themes are both from the 70s, cheap air-flight, which changed the pattern of Holiday-making in the UK, and the global restructuring of the manual economy. It was then that the plan was made to steal the homes from the residents against a small compensation what in reality would have put many onto the street. The plan failed, however the idea to get those houses for cheap and the residents out still exist as it is engraved in the conservative principles, steal from the poor to give to the rich. This police are today clearly visible by the present Conservative led government, who indeed steals from the poor to enrich themselves.


1. To urgently establish a Ministerial taskforce, ensuring a cross-government approach to deliver a sustainable future for the area. This means trying to steal the homes.

2. To direct the Homes and Communities Agency’s efforts toward Jaywick, backed by significant capital finance to tackle sub-standard housing in the neighbourhood. This means anyone can be thrown out of his house as being substandard and if not the standard will be raised to make it substandard.

To agree that Jaywick can be a test case for the initiative to link housing benefit with property condition. The meaning being as in one and two.

To provide assistance in looking at innovative models of using private finance to deliver a much broader area-based regeneration programme, meaning points one and two.
To allow transfer of land at Tudor Fields at ‘nil’ cost to the community through a community land trust. Again its means the conclusion of point one and two

Issues facing the area include high unemployment, Due to inadequate roads two lanes for miles at end which means no industry can afford the long driving time. Low earnings, which is due mainly to the government’s negative initiatives for employment, and the risk of flooding which is mainly imagery and based on scare mongering. Last flooding in 1953 was due to government failing to maintain proper sea protection.

43% of residents in Jaywick are economically inactive compared with 24% in Great Britain as a whole. This is logic as most of the residents are retired or semi-retired.

Job Seekers Allowance claimants made up 9.3% of the population in Jaywick compared with 3.8% in Great Britain. This is due to the influx of people from outside the area into rented homes by the Conservative supporting landlords.

44% of the population in Jaywick is in receipt of one or more benefits compared with 16% in Great Britain. Again this is due to the fact that the majority of residents are retired or semi-retired and receiving state pension; it is an absurdity to call a life time earned pension an benefit.

68.3% of the population in Jaywick have no qualifications compared with 35.8% nationally; this is again due to the TDC landlord policy to attract the homeless and unemployed from outside the area. It is done to create the most deprived area status.

Life expectancy in Jaywick is 18 years lower than a neighbourhood within Uttlesford; also located with Essex.
The two councils have been tackling a range of problems including action to demolish poor quality housing, reducing crime and anti-social behaviour and addressing skills shortages by opening a new vocational and training project and targeting an apprenticeship programme in the district.
The comparison is an absurd one as Uttlesford does not have the high level of retired or semi-retired residents. Nor do they have the conservative supporting landlords who attracting outside homelessness and unemployed people.



Peter Martin, Leader of Essex County Council and Chairman of the Coastal Renaissance Partnership Board, said: “The issues faced in Jaywick are far reaching and too big to be tackled at a local level alone. They require a joined up approach within Government.” In lemans term it means he has no attention to do anything, and by the way the renewing of the Chelmsford high street is more important, it is already a year ago that it was done the last time.



Neil Stock, Executive Leader of TDC, said that it is time for Jaywick to be a top priority on the Government’s agenda. Again it means he wants to do nothing but hopes that his conservative government will give the green light for throwing all the residents of Jaywick onto the street with a small compensation not in relationship with the amount people paid for their homes



“Along with our partners at ECC, we will be pressing Ministers to get round the table and work with us to come up with a way forward to solving the pressing issues faced by our residents in Jaywick,” he said. The simple solution is to make Brookland and the alongside Grasslands Park Homes, roads could be done gravelled; on street parking would be a thing of the past. In time Park homes could replace the homes from today. Renting would be a thing of the past, so would the influx of homeless and unemployed people.



Jaywick demands immediate action, but should be part of a wider approach to deal with broader coastal issues in England. The following five most deprived areas behind Jaywick are coastal and 18 of the top 25 areas are located on the English coast. The challenge facing our coastal areas is clearly growing. And this fact is due to the lack of action over many years, where as by most of those areas are once again conservative ruled areas.



Tendring District Council (TDC) and Essex County Council (ECC) are joining forces to call on the Government to work with them to improve Jaywick. The two councils have been tackling a range of problems that are blighting the seaside resort including demolishing poor quality housing, reducing crime and anti-social behaviour and addressing skills shortages. Other issues facing the area include high unemployment, low earnings and the risk of flooding. All due to actions or the lack of action by the TDC council.



The latest figures show that Jaywick has now taken the place of areas that have benefited from investment under Government regeneration schemes. It therefore to be explained that it now the most deprived place in England, as it means that no one has benefited from the government regeneration scheme, if they had Jaywick would not be the most deprived area in England. Question does arise as where that investment is gone to, not to Jaywick that is obvious, Neil Stock would not allow that.



Peter Martin, Leader of Essex County Council and Chairman of the Coastal Renaissance Partnership Board, said that the problems facing Jaywick demand national recognition. Note: what it needs is direct action, if the roads are done, and the landlords are told to stuff it, it would be turning around, but as the landlords are conservative supporters, and the land registry is indeed an eye opener.

"I am extremely disappointed to see Jaywick topping the table of the country's most deprived neighbourhoods - we have been trying to get the issue on the Government's radar since 2007," he said. "We have made a start in improving the area, working alongside local residents, and while Jaywick remains popular with many, we really need the Government's help to turn things around." Note: however the experience of 2009 has learned that there is no intention to do anything then to make it look as bad as possible.

Neil Stock, Executive Leader of TDC, said that Jaywick being declared as the most deprived place in the country should move it to the very top of the agenda for the Government. Note: It should be moving to the top of ECC and Tendring Council and not being torpedoed by Neil Stock time after time.
It would not matter if there is no money at all, but there is. They have to cut 4.4 million of their budget and do this by firing staff, it would be better if it was done by cancelling the absurd high allowances that people like Neil Stock and family are getting last year up to 90.000 pounds on Neil Stocks 25.000 pounds income. Those TDC people are simple milking the system to fill their pockets, but screaming murder if an unemployed try to do the same. It is not illegal to milk the system Cameron itself gives the best example, but it tells a lot about the sinister side of the character.



"These figures are a poor reflection of this wonderful and popular resort but the area is starved of investment. It is indeed and special by instigation of Neil Stock who time after time took in principle allocated funds to Jaywick to other places.




1. A local neighbourhood office with a dedicated team to support residents has been opened in Jaywick on Lotus Way. Although it is unclear as what they actual are doing.

2. Tamarisk Way car park has been improved, they mean the parking now has to be paid for and it is not cheap.



3. A new community garden has been created in Brooklands Gardens. It would be rude to place the resident’s comments about that venture.

4. Working with Essex Police, CCTV cameras have been installed and a Dispersal Order is in place to reduce crimes and anti-social behaviour, just a shame that the police is not to be seen while no visible reduction in crime and anti-social behaviour, on the contrary there are more muggings on the beach, and more dogs by the residents to protect the homes.

5. A new vocational and training project has been opened at Bishops Park College (Clacton Coastal Academy). We actual \could not find anyone in Brookland that attended that vocational and training project so we will postponed the answer.

6. The local neighbourhood team has been expanded with a community development worker, and environmental health officer. See the answer on point one.

7. Work has started to demolish derelict and poor quality properties in the area; it is still started with no results yet.



However TDC Leader Neil Stock, who will jointly chair the group with Essex County Council Leader Peter Martin, said today that a decision had been taken to postpone the meeting. Now here is a surprise!



"That means we will be talking to Jaywick's representatives at District and County level as well as Douglas Carswell MP." Douglas Carswell being the MP for Clacton, the man who during election made sure that he did not had to visit Brookland and since 2009 does not answers question regarding this subject but has opinions about everything in the world. A talker not a worker.

Cllr Stock said he hoped that the local representatives would put forward their own ideas of what they feel needs addressing as a priority.

Mr Carswell has also offered to set up a meeting with Government Ministers Greg Clark and Grant Shapps, as well as senior representatives from the Environment Agency and Homes and Communities Agency. Douglass Carswell could not set up a local tea party let alone a meeting with ministers, who would almost certainly not take any attention of a rebel back bencher.

"The aim of that meeting is to get clear guidance on the flood risk position regarding Jaywick and any avenues there might be for a solution related to housing," added Neil Stock, using the outdated and proven outdated report of flooding, as Jaywick is not below sea level and on many points is considerable higher then inner London city areas.


Cllr Stock said that it made sense that the meeting scheduled should be put back until all that information had been brought together.

"We will be announcing a new date as soon as possible," he said. Probably after his next re-election or the one after that, but certainly not sooner as that would torpedo his and his friends plan for a luxury area, with a pier, golf flanks extension, heli field and a marina.

Some years ago there was a film with rowan attkinson as a reluctant stumbling spy who managed to divert the take over of Britain by France. The France business man in that film wanted to make from Britain one big prison. An odd theme in that time but one which is slowly becoming a reality.

Just as in the Film the British population did not have a clue on what was going on and followed, as they always have done the advice and stories given by the Media. This Media just as it now was totally controlled by business and the government in this film of the France businessman. And while the whole of Britain in that film accepted the new scenario presented to them by the Media, Britain was slowly turned into a large prison.


The film was a comedy, and not a real situation.


However, it will not surprise any one that at the very moment this article is written Britain is already such a prison. All citizens are tied controlled by the means of observation camera's who are taking pictures of them several time a day. Are controlled by their income and taxes and cannot move or do anything what is possible in other countries without the permission of a person who act as a represent of (1) the Government. (2) Local Government. (3) Police. (4) Civil servants. (5) quango's
(6) Red tape legislation, (7) walk, drive restrictions, (8) speed restrictions. (9) restricted area restrictions, (10) the Media.


The British population is still allowed to vote, but there is severe doubt of the vote counting can see the daylight. The last elections in quantity of votes won by Labour and on first past the post by Tory although not enough to form a government. However, this time voting had too many oddities in it. At some places where the Tories in many years only could manage a less then 1000 majority, they had suddenly an more then 10.000 majority, even in area's were the voters said they voted Labour it turned out that they actual had voted Tory. It does mean that either all the voters did lie, or that the counting put the Labour votes accidental of course at the Tory pile.


It cannot be done voters will say and the majority will say we Britain are honest, in both we have a severe doubt. As is shown in the US voting irregularities are common, in some states there were more votes than voters, in other the voting counters suddenly failed or counted wrongly in the same way when Blair organised the vote in Wales, only there it was found out. However, it does show that the party that is run by the USA as New Labour was under Blair and the Conservatives are now, suddenly show strange poll declaration this in the same way as the irregularities in the USA.


Just as in the USA the government active or by accident create situations they control and then use for their own purpose. Look at the recent riots in the UK. It was created by the killing of a man which should have been arrested and most certainly should not have been killed. This brings me at the point of the Police marksman training in the UK. As a trained army marksman as I was in my younger years, we learned how to disable a person, besides on how to kill them if needed. The police marksman in the UK seems to be only able to kill instantly. This is a failing in their training or a total disregards by the British police for life. And that brings us back to the riots, those riots which were triggered by the police killing of a man who turned out to be unarmed, making the claim by the police that they had to fire to defend them selves a bunch of utterly rubbish. Nor do we think that the police force as a whole would have allowed such an action.


The onset of the riots was short and furious. Then suddenly it started all over the country, mostly due to the news channels on TV followed by sometimes more then absurd statements in the Media. The weird thing is that the first minister did not bother to break of his holiday for the riots, and that is odd. A suspicious person would say that he knew that the riots were created to be used for his own political interest. And it did work in favour of him, not much but it did, his pressure on the Courts was an interference that we see only in totalitarian states, but then again Britain is sailing close to that border line. The Courts of course were quick to explain that there was no pressure from the first minister, however they could not explain the more then absurd money swallowing sentencing that followed the riots. As a matter of interest, Britain has more on average prisoners then any other country in the EU, even more by head of the population then the USA.


Britain is surrounded by water what itself already works as a prison wall, people going out is difficult people coming in very easy. However where the British population has practical no rights, unless they are of the criminal fraternity, the immigrating populations have more rights then any other person. The only thing that is missing is that the first minister is standing there to welcome the immigrants with a bunch of flowers. He cannot as he is most of the time on holiday or abroad to crick up his international popularity with handing out millions to anyone who wants to be his friend.


In the time between he is milking the system and the British population, although there are still lost souls who believe that what he does is good, those in facto simple souls are mainly the rich or people who hope to become rich by licking his shoes as a matter of speaking. Accepting his high taxes, his bank promotions, the high food and fuel prices and his battering of the middle classes the poor in which special the old and the severely disabled are his most favoured victims. They cannot defend themselves, and as it was to see in Libya he is feeling great if he can beat someone smaller, much smaller without himself having to take any personal risk.


If you take all those points together, his enormous police presents on the streets, just look at the Notting Hill Carnival where there were more police on the street than there is at the RIO carnivals, while the were less visitors more arrest and still the same old stabbings. But it did intimidate the population, it did created the First ministers favoured view of a by him controlled police state. He by-passing already the parliament by simple ignoring them, which can do as he has the support of the renegade Liberal party who for that moved from left of the middle to ultra right of the middle even further right than the Tory party.


And so is the film with Rowan Attkinson a film that actual became reality, as French are now controlling parts of the British troops, a large part of the British business, and has first representations by the first minister. Britain is a prison indeed with a prison population blissfully unaware at what is going on in reality as they are to busy to make ends meet. And that was the purpose of the First minister, keep the people busy then they cannot see what is going on around them.


The result can be seen in the total destruction of Libya for nothing else then oil for Qatar/France and the USA. And Britain? Britain will loose out as they always do hence their shrinking from an empire to a small/medium size country that is still dreaming that they are great, however that "Great" is gone a long time ago. Now they only exist by the tolerance of the USA and their EU partners.

Which is the Perspective of the Buddhism on the Doubt in the Faith? Question: How we must see the doubt in the faith, from the point of view of our Buddhist practice? There is no answer! In Buddhism, the doubt is defined as one of five poisons of the life (the other quartos are the avarice, the wrath, the stupidity and the arrogance.) By means of our Buddhist practice we tried to establish an unshakeable faith - without no doubt But it is of great importance of including/understanding that in the Buddhism, a faith without a doubt does not mean a faith blinds and unquestionable.



A faith without a doubt is a condition of life in which we are totally safe and comfortable in our belief. By all means, it is not a static state, in this condition of confidence we continued our efforts to deepen our understanding of the Buddhism and to fortify our faith, that is to say, our state of life. Nevertheless, new doubts always can arise and will. But also it is possible that our illuminated nature always can win on the new doubts. When the believers asking questions on the principles of the Buddhism, the teacher before nothing, praised the spirit search of them. He is thankful for the opportunity that each question offered to be able to clarify an essential aspect him of the education. Without questions, they could not have been any answers. With this as the bases, we see the three points of Chapter 6 of Great Concentration and Discernment mentioned by Tien-t'ai like obstacles that hinder our Buddhist practice.



They are: 1) Distrust of itself, 2) to distrust of the mentor of one and 3) to doubt the Mystical Law. Distrust of itself is the worse one of the doubts. As far as this, Tien-t'ai declares, " The lack of faith in itself means that you despise yourself to itself, thinking that he is not deserving and able to be able to carry out the practice Buddhism." This way, it indicates as the distrust of we ourselves can come up to us in obtaining benefits and can take to us until the point to leave our Buddhist practice.



Lamentably, we are living at a time of scepticism, in which people are very easy to distrust it of everything, beginning with them themselves. Much people do not have confidence in the policy, education, the press, religion and the same human race. This “list of query everything in detail" continues to be growing without limit. Nevertheless, to the top of this list, it is the distrust of itself. So we see here, a vicious cycle: The distrust in one same one affects our ego and self-esteem unfavourably, which lately degrades the society even more.


One of the great goals of the Buddhism is to eliminate the distrust of itself of the Earth face and to help each individual to establish a true confidence in itself. On the contrary, we can see here another vicious circle; if we are the type of person who cannot have confidence in it, then the consequences is that we cannot have confidence in our mentor or the Mystical Law of all heart.



This could be one of the reasons that there is so many critics at the SGI Buddhism as in leaves a trail of confusion, family trouble and mistrust. This is the reason for which we are encouraged to practice and to study spontaneously for our own human devotion and development. Carrying out our Buddhist practice in good trust, then he is the great one that help us to return our lack of confidence in conviction. The challenge that all we have is to fortify our faith using all the means possible thus to do it.



The Buddhism guide us to approach our weaknesses in each aspect of our lives. Buddhism teaches to us that we can have confidence in the beauty and the supreme potential of our lives. Many times we have listened to similar declarations in meetings with similar thinking Buddhists. The altruism passed on or the strong determination towards the future indicated by such declarations is real test of the confidence in acquired itself by means of this practice. The following advice which can be selected in the principle of the Ninth one is to bring us back to consciousness so that we can to increase the confidence in us. At the same time as we develop us as to Buddhist practices with more effort.



First we must exercise 100% in the efforts to confront the challenges of our daily life. This combination of oration and action will enable to us so that we pruned to win on the small subjects that appear day to us per day, and of this form to acquire confidence in we ourselves. Secondly, as we consciously continued delivering such efforts, they gradually will be part of our form to be, which means that we will begin having confidence in we ourselves subconsciously (seventh brings back to consciousness).



In the Third party, when continuing this process, having confidence in we ourselves will become our natural inclination, which is called the Karma (eighth it brings back to consciousness). The Buddhism standard that, at the same time as we continued practicing with such positive feelings in our heart and thoughts in our mind, our joy and confidence in we ourselves, emanates of a form in which truly we enjoyed our life, we underwent the joy of the Law. This is the test that we have to do to show our faith in Buddha (the Ninth one Brings back to consciousness). In this condition our confidence in we ourselves is unshakeable. The doubt has become something strange for us. As so long we have that doubt we cannot bring ourselves to be truly Buddhists. However if we fail that test we can always pretend to be Buddhists even only to impress the ones who surround us or following the same path. As so many others do.

We all in Europe know the curse of the Human Rights Laws, not that most countries pay any attention to them as they have laws in place to offset the Human Rights laws. But other countries such as the UK, they do not have those breakers on the Human Rights laws, they have a human rights group of committees but they are more to advice the Government how further to restrict the population then to help to over come the curse of the Human Rights Laws.



Where the Human Rights chasers coming in, well, there are then are two groups in the UK society who need the backing of human rights. In the UK they have, to offset the human rights in some way, put in place for one group the so-called disability rights. These are rights to protect the disabled from suffering more than normal. And were the Human rights laws work to the outmost perfection for one group, for the disabled the disability rights laws do not work at all, then on paper. There is a further twist to make live as difficult as possible for the disabled, they do not have an automatic right to free legal help, and in fact there is almost no legal help at all.



There are groups and organisations working for the disabled, but they do not fight against the interest of the
Establishment as that is were their funding is coming from, hence all entities in the society can ignore the disability rights as they please and the experience have learned that do so, indeed. The second group do have an uncontrolled access to solicitor’s legal group and the Courts. This also is the group who has free access to free legal aid, and uses most of the free legal aid funding.



Were as for the disabled almost no solicitor will be willing to act, for the other group they are standing almost in line to help.
The ones who benefit the most are the disabled who also belong to the second group and therewith can use both systems to benefit them, and what is the occupation of this second almost celebrated group, THE CRIMINAL.

The criminal in the UK society is a group who is celebrated by the legal system as the biblical fat calf.
The free legal help system is almost entirely funded for that purpose only the only other ones are the illegal immigrants. If they are convicted than in most worldwide countries is the end if it and the criminal sits out his sentence.



Not in the UK, the legal help after the conviction starts in earnest, and it is here were the Human rights chasers coming in, mostly legal helpers who do not have the money to set up a decent office for them selves or need to get legal experience, or just have found a good little earner to strip of the State of the Free legal help funding, it does not take much brain to take up such a case and they all are the same, find something ridicules or not and fit it into a Human rights breach and the money is yours. That is the ones who have taken up the Human Rights chase, in a similar fashion as the ambulance chasers in New York.



What else can they do you may ask, a question we asking ourselves many times as there is nothing to do for them in normal circumstances. The criminal is a person or persons who act against the law, now in the UK there are two groups of criminals. So we have now come down to the real criminal. After their conviction, if they are convicted that is, they receive their sentence, and than their earnings starting. Fist of all they are housed in a luxury environment with many goods to use what the non-criminals outside only can dream off. They also have a solicitor on stand by for advice and help.



Here their income increasing work starts. After a long talk with the solicitor in jail, they have found this as an example that the toilet paper that is supplied is too hard and can be the reason for an uncomfortable feeling after having it used. This is obvious a breach of their Human rights so the solicitor steps in for compensation. Then the list is endless, the door corners are to sharp, the meat is wrong, passing by the fact that many non-criminals cannot afford meat. The food is cooked wrong. A sudden Muslim is discriminated because there is a cross in his living quarters, that they the day before were not a Muslim do not the matter. A Catholic Christian is given meat instead of fish, again that the one was not even a Christian the day before does not the matter. And so the list goes on and on and on.



However it is not only in the prisons the Human rights chasers make their money the illegal asylum system is also a thankful income provider. The concept her is also simple, people without papers tell they are over 18 years of age in which case they are hold as adults, then later after the Human right chaser had his word those people are suddenly under 18 and therefore juveniles, who human right were broken by putting them with adults and 5 figure sums are the minimal they want for this breach of Human rights.



In most cases the under 18 are in fact later after the compensation is paid suddenly over 18 again.
The plain fact is here again, breaking into a house or a Country does not alter the fact that a criminal act is committed, and therefore asylum seekers or illegal immigrants should face the court for breaking in and entering, and obtaining money by deception, it is simple as that.

But let us go back to the reality of daily life and common sense, we have now established that illegal immigrants are also criminal and therefore cannot claim Human Rights breaches as they have voluntary placed those selves out side the law.
A criminal who commits a crime therewith ignores the law and put the law aside. Therewith he acknowledges that he places himself outside the law. This placing them selves outside the law is their own free choice, and they should stay outside the law as soon as they are convicted, after all it was their own free choice to step outside the law. Therefore, if they place themselves outside the law, they should stay outside till such a time as their sentence is. That way they have the life inside a prison and out of the hands of the Human Rights Chasers, as that Human Right does not apply to them as they have freely abolished this law for them selves.



It is therefore possible for a Government to create a fair environment for the legal system. First let the parliament and the House of Lords are the judge to see of a measure taken by the Government is right or wrong with that the will of the people is done. Restrict the Law Lords to the basic of law not as judge over a Government and parliament. Restrict the basics of the Human rights so that they abide to law abiding people not to law breaking criminals. Make prison a prison, let them work for a living as re-payment to society, and let them have what they wanted, too be outside the law.



There are people around with to much time on their hand, with more money then common sense, or without money who want to make a name for them selves. Those people will complain about the poor people in prison, not that those people are poor unless they belong to the victims of class society and really their only crime was to be poor and did not want to die of hunger or cold.



Those are of course simple souls with a lot of spare time on hand who will feel sorry for a killer, a rapist a child molester, in any society there are souls who do not want to bad in any one, well taff, a criminal is such a person by his own choice and own will, helping a criminal even behind bars is still helping a criminal. Aiding and abetting for his next crime when the sentence is over. The Government want to make the UK a fairer Country, and they do this on this moment by hunting down the poor the old and the disabled as they are easy targets and they cost money. Money is what the Government wants and need to be giving to the rich or to other Countries to buy them weapons, although the Government will call this Development aid.



As long as the criminal have all the luxuries they want, all the legal help they want, and so long the poor the old and the disabled cannot have the luxuries they need not have the legal assistance they need, then it will be even for the most ignorant person clearly to see that the system is completely wrong. A Government which refused to reverse this, a Government which closes his eyes not to see the poor the old and the disabled, a Government who sets out to further deprive the poor the old and the disabled. A Government, who places deliberate measures in place to take money away from the poor the old and the disabled can only be seen as a failure and the poor the old and the disabled, should be at a next election, if they manage to stay alive, vote them out.



A Government who gives away left right and centre money to the rich and places measures in place so that the poor the old and the disabled have to make a choice, eating and die of cold or heating and die of hunger, cannot claim to look after the population as a whole but only after their own well filled pocked. The measures of the head of Government in the UK to the crisis in Iraq was swift and decisive, the measures to make the poor the old and the disabled suffer more is appalling.

Many people are still in the stages of wanting to have proof before they bind themselves to an opinion. That is except where it concern a religion, this is so for the Hebrew, the Christian and the Muslim. In those cases they believe simple without any proof, they believe what they are told. They believe what they are told by their parent, by their teachers by their friends. Proof is never supplied and never wanted; the simplicity is the Book is enough. Never mind that this book was created only a 2500 years ago from here say and from father on son stories, taken from other religions and from other tribes stories. And above all that not one point in reality can be proven.



We are well aware that those so-called bible scientists, who are in reality people who just have gone through a thick book, say that it could be proven. In which case they create proof what could if not looked at to close fitted into the empty spaces in the Book. That there still is no proof that they have made it look like proof without having proven it is not of their concern. Still they call it evidence. How many times are we not told that they had found the arc of Noah only that it turned out to be just the imagination running wild? Millions are spent on searches like that without that they have come on step further in confirming Adam and Eve.



On the other side of the coin we have the evolution scientist who also makes assumptions over what did really happen and act in many of time just as the creationist, the Book reader, to quick. The searches of the evolutionist are very creative for what concerns the evolution on the planet, but other scientists are more concerned about how it all started, for that they need evidence.

A writer’s mistake or just wishful thinking. However Christians will insist that they do not believe in evolution they believe in a divine creation that took 7 days to complete.



Then they waggling on that there is plenty of proof of Christianity. For example how could sea fossils come on a mountain slope and how did that arc come on to a mountain. An intelligent person would know the movements of the continental plates and the ice age, they would know that the Arc never existed and that most certainly never any proof is found. And the so called flood never existed. That flood must have been earth covering of up to 8 mile high, where did that water come from, even with all the water possibilities it would take years to reach that level not 40 days. There are even deluded people who have set up whole websites what they say proof that the Flood did exist and the Arc of Noah was a fact. There is no proof, and what they present is nothing else then making something what you simple could will believe but what falls in pieces at the first hurdle.



It is better to stick to the facts, and the facts are that there is no proof that the ones who created the bible were alive 2000 years before to record what did happen. To make it more obvious they did not even had a clue on what was going on. They needed a history they needed a God to keep the Hebrews together as it was all fallen apart. There are times that you simple cannot take it any more to hear the same things the same excuses the same rhetoric, you simple get enough from that same subject being dragged up time after time. In such a case we all know the tune we all know the theme we all know were it is all about, so why keeping on at it.


Take the Middle East situation, the back ground is clear enough the beginning documented clearly enough and the conditions for the decisions set out clear enough. However, it seems that during the time passed the aggravation exposed by Israel towards its neighbours, all its neighbours and countries that are not neighbours and not even near Israel start to upset the rest of the world. Israel explains this by saying that it does not like to be buffered in between states and groups who seems all to have one common purpose to squeeze them out or just kill them Israel said. However, it seems that Israel is just showing the same aggression, the same ignorance as it has be doing for the last 3000 years. This aggression and ignorance have seen the Jewish population being thrown out of Palestine for many years during those 3000 years leaving less then 500 years of actual having lived as a one country population in Palestine. Hardly a bases for a claim as that Palestine was the Jewish home land. The Jewish enclave in Russia has seen a longer period of a solid Jewish population then in the present Israel.


However, let us take the situation as is established over the last 60 years. Israel was given the State of Israel by the United Nations. Over this point there can simple be no misunderstanding at all. It was arranged by the British who needed by WW1 weapons and the money to buy them, and the Zionist were willing to give it to them. And so the Balfour declaration was established. At that time as there was not for the last two thousand years a Jewish enclave in Palestine. It was a mixture of Arabs/Christians and Jews which were an ignorable percentage of the Palestine land.


Nor can there be a dispute over the fact that the surrounding states did attack Israel without warning, although with good reason, and lost. There can also be no doubt about the fact that Israel defended themselves success full and created a buffer zone around them to protect them against other possible attacks. It was over the last 3000 years always this aggression and arrogance that had them made to loose their country and it seems that they are doing the same again.



Again a fact is also that surrounding countries still launching attacks and those groups such as the Palestinian who should be in peace with Israel for their own sake but also for that of Israel. But some reason they have groups that cannot help them selves and launch mini attacks time after time. Fact again is that Israel reacts without all proportions and Hamas is indeed the party which was duly elected, and is therefore in charge of the Gaza strip. Some groups in the Gaza strip create revenge attack after attack and then complain as Israel does the same even if it is totally out of proportion.



It will come hardly as a surprise that Israel will take any measure to avoid that more weapons are dragged into Palestine Authority and the Gaza strip. However killing Egyptians in the process is not one of the more clever ideas from Israel, there will be no response yet but it certainly will not be forgotten. Special now the situation in Egypt is very delicate. That they also keep an close eye on the deliveries made to the Lebanon fractions of an terrorist group Hezbollah is not more then logic, but why stirring up trouble in Syria just to get the hands permanent on the Golan Heights. Why should they it is the reason that hundreds of people are killed because Israeli's are stirring the population in Syria for their own purpose, indeed the Golan Heights!



What does seems strange that the same people who screaming loudest if someone for no reason is attacked, allow the Israeli to do this on a regular base to Gaza and Lebanon. The same countries that made the Israel land deal 60 years ago also agreed to a Palestinian state, they now retracting on that promise, they do but why? It is lost to every sensible well thinking person. The conclusion is so simple, if they would stop the silly attacks, attacks that hurt themselves more then it does Gaza or Lebanon and increases the hatred for Israel. There are now only a handful of countries that still support Israel and of that handful some of them do this because of the American pressure. Then they all could live in peace, may not in harmony, but peace would do. People could start living their lives again families would not be living in fear and problems between countries could be sorted out the normal way. If the Israeli would allow what is agreed and give the Palestinians State hood, trouble would be easing if Israel stops with their aggressive land stealing and illegal settlements.



Israel has the time on their side, the Western world is in dire financial trouble and the Zionist Bankers in the US and Britain holding the purse strings. This means that the Americans can not allow that the Palestinians will receive what is legally theirs, Statehood.



The position of Iran is not clearly understood by many. They have in principle nothing against Israel as a state, but they have an objection against the principles of the Zionist i.e. Jews who do not have a clue about Israel, live in foreign states but interfere on behalf of the state of Israel without the permission of Israel, into the state of Israel. The Zionist are extreme Jews just as we have extreme Muslim and extreme Christians and extreme Buddhists. That way they can divert the attention from their own problem being that they are actual not Jews at all then only in name and many times removed but are able to make a good living out of it.



A Jewish female who marries a non-Jew has Jewish children although they in reality are only half Jews. If one of those Jewish female children marries again a non-Jew the children she has are pronounced to be Jewish. In fact they are only a quarter Jewish. If one those female children marry once more a non-Jewish man and they have children then those children have almost practical no Jewish blood left. However, if one of those female marries again a non-Jewish man then she is still classified as being Jewish. In some cases they want to be Jewish and then they get fanatic and a new Zionist is born with practical no Jewish blood at all. And from here the problems do occur. Remember that person with practical no Jewish blood calls him or herself a Jew, and a Semitic person with no blood to proof it but with the fanatics to pursue this. They are the ones who created the problem wit Balfour. They created the problems in the Middle East and they created to problems with Iran.



The same principle is here again, if Iran simple would stop their rhetoric on Israel and Israel would stop responding on the silly remarks coming from Iran, and stop making silly remarks about Iran and stop the murders in Iran, then nobody would take any attention. Nobody in the world really thinks that Iran would be able to create a nuclear bomb. Nobody can expect that Russia and China will actual allow a nuclear bomb in Iran. Let them shout let them scream that does not hurt anyone but themselves. Just keep an eye on them and that will be all. How more they get aggravation how more the chance will come nearer that they indeed will trying to get a nuclear war head.



It will be obvious that Israel will not finish in oblivion; they are in the land and on the ground of their father and great-fathers, their ancestors for thousands of years, regardless of it were given by God or that they simple took it. That now some Islamic countries say that Israel has no right to be there actual means that they do not believe in the words as written down in order of Allah to Mohammed, in fact it means that those Muslims actual do not believe at all. This would explain why they want to get Israel away; they simple do not like them as Israel was able to make a country out of a waste land occupied by the Palestinians.



How more those neighbouring countries, the leaders of terrorist groups like Hamas aggravate Israel how to more Israel will act to suspend those actions and they can only do that by taking more land from the Palestinians and make it their own. The people of Gaza should be feeling lucky that Israel has not simple taken the whole of Gaza as Israeli Country with the Gaza people having the options to behave and assimilate into the State of Israel. In the Western Countries there are too many enthusiasts who do not have a clue and support Hamas or Israel. They forget that it was Israel that created the situation, but it are the Hamas rockets that fall into Israel, that the people they kill are Israelis in revenge for killing Palestinians.



Hamas way of thinking is to control the people, without that control they would not have a power base. However, it does not mean that if they would not have that power base than the people of Gaza would be living in peace. Israel would still attack Gaza as they see Gaza as theirs, just as they see in principle the whole world as theirs. Palestinians would prefer to live their own life’s in harmony and would not have to fear Israeli soldiers because of the constant rocket attacks by Hamas in response to the attacks by Israel..



If those people in the world would understand that by supporting Hamas under the heading of wanting to help the people of Gaza, in fact are making their life more difficult, then maybe Hamas would not have a power base anymore. If the people in the world would understand that by supporting the actions of Israel under the heading of wanting to help the young state, then maybe Israel would lose his power base and would start acting as a normal country. Those people in the West have to understand that it was the people of Gaza that elected Hamas that they therefore are in fact Hamas. As Hamas is identified as a political organization, which means as it is no friend of the USA it automatically is a terrorist organization. Any country that does not accept the West as his masters is in fact in their opinion a terrorist organization by supporting the people of Gaza, regardless how much meaning they give on that fact, they supporting in fact an organization that in Western opinion is a terrorist organization.



If those in the West would stop calling every country that does not obey them a terrorist country we would actual have a chance of peace in the world. The facts are simple, Israel will stay, regardless, the surrounding neighbours and groups can accept that fact or be or resist the USA led Israel and be classified as an terrorist country, they have the choice, the bags full of dollars or being classified as terrorists. The facts however remain that Israel with the USA the UK and Germany will do all what they can to keep the Palestinians from obtaining State hood. The fact that Israel a day after the application by the Palestinian President already is stealing more Palestinian property. It clearly indicates that Israel does this with the permission of the USA, the UK and Germany. The same countries that are on the fore front of every violent action against every state that refuses to obey them. It is a sign on the wall a sign that will spell disaster for the world.

There are many strange occurrences when it concerns the interest of the United States of America. Violent dictators are suddenly friends when they are willing to hand over the valuables of a country. Gentle good democratic rulers are suddenly violent dictators when they refuse to hand over those countries valuable.



However sometimes statements from people you thought they had some kind of well working brain, although they have proven in many cases over and over again that they received appointments and honours basically for who they know instead of what they know, and in practice follow the instruction of the one they know in power. Look at George Robinson, former Scottish labour leader the almost solely responsible for the SNP wins in Scotland, mainly because his one liner made in ignorance but used by the SNP to win. He managed to be appointed as defence minister and after NATO secretary who as we know are the speakers for the USA government concerning the alliance. He was appointed a life peer as Baron of Port Ellen where he was born.



Although he should know the facts he still lies through his teeth when it comes to NATO actions. Look at this one: NATO has never had any man on the Libyan soil, the rebels did it all by their own!
When pressed he admitted that there could be have some on the ground for advice purposes. Regardless for what reason it means they did it not on their own. The Libyans he said took up the arms to get rid of Gaddafi. Again he hides the truth as even the CIA admits that foreign fighters made a substantial part of the rebellion. The Libyans needed to be protected by the UN as Gaddafi had said that the rebels of Benghazi would be wiped out. Again he lies, Gaddafi said that the rebels made a grave mistake and would be paying the price. The Libyans he said had no help from other countries. Once more he lies, the NATO carpet bombing the path for the rebels to get over, even the French and the British admit that they have troops on the ground in Libya in the form of Legionaries and the SAS.



It is not about oil he said, that is just a story by people who do not know. Obviously he is the one who knows but deliberate tells the people he does not know. Look at Afghanistan he said there is no oil there and NATO fights there. For once he is right, there is no oil, but the attack by the USA was because the Taliban had promised by their visit to the USA that the pipelines would be build and be ready soon. The war started because the urgent needed oil/gas pipelines were not finished and because of the fighting in the North of Afghanistan it would be doubtful of they could be finished.
In principle it was therefore just as in Iraq and Libya, just for oil. George Robinson's lies do not cover up the facts.



In Bosnia and Kosovo there was no oil and there the NATO was active he followed on, and he is right as the situation in Yugoslavia of that time was to weaken parts loose of the Pro-Russian Serbians. It was empire creation by the NATO, that was also the reason that NATO is protecting the criminal state of Kosovo, where human trafficking, drugs and violence are part of the normal day, was it not NATO that helped Kosovo just now to over run the border crossings with Serbia, was it not the NATO who placed itself in front of the Serbians to give Kosovo the change to forcible take the border posts. Is it not NATO who activity persuades action against Serbia in their attacks against former Russian allies. Just as NATO advisors are doing in Georgia to stir problems between Georgia and South Ossetia and Abhazia. Just wonder what he gets paid to create the stories he knows are not correct. However in gives a clear insight in his mind, his way of thinking, and the way he managed to climb the political pool. It's who you know and what you are prepared to do for them and not what you know as George Robison clearly has demonstrated. He really should have been rewarded just as Blair an American award for obeying their orders at all times.



Those kind of people are the main reason as why the world is in such a mess today, lack of honesty and integrity but in it for the Greed, the Power, and the Standing and no one better then Blair/Cameron/Osborne/Bush(both) and Obama show what they are willing to do to get this!



However, let us focus for a while on yet another NATO colonalisation attempt, the situation in Libya, a country with a socialist past resulting in a terrorist supporting regime. That regime since 2004 gradually changed their views and by 2006 it was and by the UN and the USA accepted friendly Country. The population had an over average income for that part of the world, there were yearly election for lower boards of government. It was appointed on USA advice to the Security Council and to the Human rights organisation of the UN.
In February 2011 it was applauded for their severe improved human rights activities by the UN.



Then the leadership made a costly mistake, it announced that the profit from the oil would be used for the well-being of the Libyan people. That announcement was the prelude to the beginning of the civil war, paid for and organised by the USA via the Qatar emirate. The Emirate itself is a dictator ruled state, where human rights are ignored and paid for slavery; human trafficking and bonded forced work are common. To show the ruthlessness of the leader, he ousted his father when he was out of the country as a sneaky weasel. This was the man who orchestrated the civil war in Libya, took the oil revenue of the liberated areas and exchanged this for weapons for the so-called Rebels.



But how were they able to get the ball rolling? For that they have two elements, the first one being Jibril studied in Cairo, but then went on to the USA. There he earned a master's degree in political science in 1980 and a doctorate in political science in 1985, both from the University of Pittsburgh. He taught strategic planning at Pittsburgh for several years. There he also made his contacts which would serve him later on to his benefit and the benefit of his personal ambitions. He has the experience to manipulate and to lead others. He later took over the management and administration of many of the leaders’ training programs for senior management in Arab countries including Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, and the United Arab Emirates, as well as Turkey and the United Kingdom. From 2007 to early 2011, he served in the Gaddafi regime as head of the National Economic Development Board (NEDB).



His statement tells it all and it shows his intentions for the future, his future when he declared, “Today, all Libya's people are allowed to participate in the building of the future to build institutions with the aid of a constitution that does not differentiate between a man and a woman, sects or ethnicities. Libya is for everyone and will now be for everyone. Libya has the right to create an example that will be followed in the Arab region". Meaning he wants total control and he knows that the USA will give it to him if he play's his cards right.



The second being; Mustafa Abdul Jalil or Abdul-Jalil, also transcribed Abdul-Jelil, Abd-al-Jalil, Abdel-Jalil, Abdeljalil or Abdu Al Jeleil or whatever his name is the Chairman of the National Transitional Council. He was as Minister of Justice under Gaddafi, and it was he who sentenced to death the Bulgarian nurses (later converted to life imprisonment and eventually release). His position is contested by others in the uprising due to his past direct participation to Gaddafi's government as Minister of Justice for four years until 2011, and before as a judge. Classified US diplomatic cables leaked recently by the website Wikileaks, he is described as open and cooperative towards the USA and willing to do their bidding. Many newspapers in that time noted that before being named a minister of justice of Libya in 2007, he was the president of the Libyan Court of Appeal and as such that Abdul Jalil was responsible for the "intransigence" of the court in confirming the death sentences in the "Bulgarian nurses" HIV trial under Gaddafi.



The USA has now suddenly forgiven him for being the ruthless henchman as he was under Gaddafi, he would if he was not, never been appointed as Minister of Justice. And now he runs the TNC in Libya the "interim government" recognised by the Western side of the of the international community's representatives and the one they control. Jalil or what ever his name is or was has now the total control to transfer the result of his own deeds to the shoulders of Gaddafi. Cruelties committed by the rebels are now automatically transferred to the Gaddafi regime, of which he was a part and the justice part come to it.



So were members of a charity in the south beaten and two of them killed for reason that they were not willing to stop helping people, a female worker from the Ukraine was raped several times. Then the Western media reported it as an evil deed of Gaddafi. The charity workers were told to fear their life’s if they said something else. Back in their country they told the story as it really did happen.



A group of dark African woman were surrounded and gang raped and were told that they were lucky not to loose their life. This again did happen in Tripoli but not by Gaddafi but by the so-called rebels of the former henchman of Gaddafi now the new leader so admired by the UK and the US. Many of those so-called rebels have already expressed their desired by openly declaring that they are in favour of ethnic cleansing for an Arab Tripoli and Libya. The surname Gaddafi is now in Libya enough to have whole entire families to be slaughtered for now other reason than their name, it concerns here man woman and children. Having worked for the Gaddafi government as an employee is enough to be dragged out of your home and killed after you had to watch raping you wife. Other unwilling to supply goods or fight with the rebels were simple killed or tortured first, and this all in the name of the leader of the NTC Jalil the former henchman of Gaddafi. It does mean that all those so-called rapes by Gaddafi even at places were the Gaddafi troops were gone a long time ago are not rapes and murders by Gaddafi but by the Jalil rebels. And we had that story of that woman that was raped by Gaddafi sons, really? Was it not a scenario set-op by the Western either Media or governments.



NATO has used path making bombs to free the roads for the rebels to move over it has now killed well over 200.000 civilians in all kind of actions either by the bombing or the terrorist/rebel killings. The Western Media calls it 2.000 at the most, however they are following the US government instructions just as the German media under Hitler followed Goebels instructions. They needlessly carpet bombed villages, destroyed amenities, water supplies and factories, they special targeted homes in precision bombing. Killed woman and children for the fun of it. And those killers who dropped the bombs call themselves heroes. We have a better name for killers of defence less people, murderers. The pilots said they had to follow orders, but that does not hold as the rules of engagement clearly stating that if an order is not reasonable than such an order can legally be refused.



The organisers of this senseless murdering of country and people Cameron/Sarkozy/Obama just see the money and do not have the brains to see what they actual do in reality, isn't it? Obama jumped almost through the roof when Osama was killed, which shows his mental state, however Cameron did the same when a false media story was launched that Gaddafi was killed, he was even more enthusiastic, when it turned out this was the terrorist attack which murdered Colonel Gaddafi's three grandchildren. The deluded mental state is obvious. Enjoyment by the killing of a person and this are the same characters who sitting in the front of the church listening how they are told the Lords command: Thou shall not kill! However they do give the orders to kill and they love it.



It seems that the UN/NATO combination is a dangerous tool in the hands of those mentally deluded people. They do not want the new government of Libya they want the Jibril and the Jalil's of the NTC to run the country. They can give the billion contracts to the USA/France and Italy. Not the UK they just as in Iraq and Afghanistan will lose out and should be happy to supply the security contract for their masters in the USA. Protesters against the UK and the US were violently suppressed, the protesters arrested, beaten and many jailed on US instigation.



We have to make a clear different between the groups who are actual are doing the fighting and the scum that calls themselves the rebel army, rubble army would be a closer description, they are the ones who are following the Gaddafi henchman now NTC leader, they are doing the killings the murders the rapes the destruction and the terrorizing of the Libyan people.



Than we have the NATO mercenaries mainly from the USA, the group of French legionaries and the British SAS with assisting ground troops. There were other mercenaries from surrounding countries but the ones from Qatar/Egypt and Tunisia said they refused to fight as they were not paid at all.



Then we have the NATO itself, cowardly killing from a distance American style, they killed the wrong people in Libya and for that reason they will never be save in their new contracts. They killed Tuaregs a big mistake as they are the invisible warriors and it could cost the Western colonial troops many lives. Modern warfare does not work against things you cannot see, as the UK and the US plus NATO have found out in Afghanistan on a daily base. The NATO may have destroyed the country destroyed the infra structure they have not won.



Jalil may have the lead for now, but the question is for how long? The Libyan people do not support the rebellion organised by the USA, even when Sarkosy and Cameron made their visit to Tripoli at USA orders under tied control and perfectly set in scene, the green Gaddaffi flag was to be seen. At the woman’s day art the green square, renamed with a name that is not accepted or used by the people of Tripoli the green flags were flying and a large green long flag was carried over the square, even in the Eastern villages and Benghazi it self the Gaddafi flags can still be seen.


The human cost of Libya is enormous, any death caused by violence is a wasted one and the one who caused it is a murderer regardless in what ever function or authority that person acted.
The consequences for the people in France and Britain are disastrous; In France even more so then in Britain were the enormous debts created by this war are allocated to the previous government of Brown. Notice Brown only regardless that Blair was there in charge for near twelve years and spent as of there was no tomorrow. How long Cameron can keep this up before he falls through the self installed trap? The Western controlled newspapers such as the SUN will always support Cameron, now with the phone hacking scandal even more then before to keep the lid on it so far as possible as they do not want to come in the Maxwell situation. So terrible sorry for the British people, this winter you will freeze to death as the utilities are rising so fat while income is falling that soon they have to make the choice; Heat or Eat! This all due to the Cameron’s obsession to be someone, he never will!



In France, the situation is different, the financial burden is high and many strikes are already planned although we will have to wait till spring, in the time between he occupied the people by actions against the Muslim population and the urge to act against them that also will not last forever and the elections are coming up. So far he has the USA cooperation to eliminate the candidates most dangerous to him, but what if an other yet unknown candidate will stand up. The USA could loose a lapdog in what they have in Sarkozy.



In this scenario Obarmy and Camoron will have their way as both are selected by the corporate business to act as their front. That the USA population as well the British will be losing all if they go on like this, is not of there concern as so long the corporate masters get their money, their power and their standing in the world. In public those two stooges are standing up and tell their audience that do all to protect the poor, the old and the disabled and sick, in reality it are their most favoured targets, easy to intimidate and above all to kill. It looks as of the are sleeping with "Mein Kampf" under their pillow seems to do the trick for both of them.



The fact is that even the CIA admits that al-qaeda are frontline fighters, organized and paid for by the same CIA. they organised the NTC they selected the members, and Jalil with his USA experience and back ground was indeed an ideal candidate or traitor what ever you see fit to call it, fact is that whatever he is called, whatever any of the NTC will be called or call it will be the USA who rules, with NATO at hand to kill all who oppose.



The situation of Libya is divided between two kinds of people. The ones who read the Western controlled media and therefore only know what they are told and what they see therefore as right. (After all it was in the papers). And then the ones you want to know and look ate the facts, reading the real reports not from the Western media, but from the many charities affected by it, local reports, cross border reports, eyewitness reports etc. They make up there own mind pro or contra but it will be an opinion based on facts, not on media stories.
